building a pc fan?

i searched it but they only give me the USB one..
can you build a PC fan with a wall outlet plug in fixture?
if anyone knows let me know.. i don't have any spare plugs to cut to find out..

can anyone give me the best spot to set it up?
i have the intake & outtake.. just need to know where to put them
for the grow box check my sig gives the measurements & whatnot..

i was thinking intake at the bottom & outtake at the top?
does anyone have some suggestions? i would appreciate it..

If i am not using additional fans inside the cabs to blow on the plants, i usually setup my inlet in the middle of the cab so it blows on the plants, and the exhaust near the top to draw out the hotter air...If you can fit it towards the end of your light/reflector setup.
