Hey so im in a crappy situation i am currently in week 6.5 of flower and have noticed a few plants that have lower buds that seem to be turning brown and what seems to me as dying. It starts out at the lower branches and climbs up towards the top buds. I am wondering what it could be i have tried everything from a flush to Revive in a foil spray. My temps range from 82 at the hottest point and 60 at the lowest point. I am using a propane burner and run around 1200-1500 ppm. I use RO water and have recently changed all of the membranes. I dont feed over 1000 ppm. This happend to me once before and i thought it was because my room was getting below 50 degrees during the night. i addressed that issue and it no longer gets that cold and it seemd to cure the problem but now its back in full force. Also i have to add my light timer got messed up and was set to stay on 18 hours during week 5. This caused some plants to almost reVEG and start to do crazy things. I feel as it is some form of sabotage from my friend who currently lives with the plants but i am now pulling out my hair because i cant figure out why these plants are so bad. I will post some pictures below.

The only bugs i have are gnats and its only a few here and there. I do on occasion let them get a little to dry. Is a temp drop of +15 to much? say from 78 to 60?

Maybe russet mites. Do you have a scope to see if it could be them?

They always start from the bottom up.

Does look like russet mites, those lil bastards will ruin a whole crop if u let em get out of control. They turn the buds a ugly brownish color n make the leaves look like how yours plants are looking. But it looks like u got some type of deficiency too. But ive never really seen any russet mites on an inside garden ive only encountered them on outside crops before. Last year n the year before i had some n messed alot of good plants n turned them to sh*t n it wasnt easy fighting them either.

Hey even fungus gnats can take out a whole crop. Do you have yellow sticky pads down? I bet you will be surprised at how many you catch, could be 100s of them since they love to just chill in the medium. If you see just a couple of em flying chances are you have an infestation in the root zone from all the larva feasting on roots.
