Buds outdoor adventure 2014

Went out for a feed, They don't really stink as much as the ones at home but they are looking healthy. Im thinking about tying one to the side so they are not so close together.

I have also been researching/ buying things for a shroomie project. Going to go with some sort of PF tek with a dunk and roll. Probly wont be starting for a while (most likely a winter project) but its been something ive been wanting to do. I love doing shrooms solo for some reason. And as cheap as they are they are not really around that often. I really want to try some sid but I don't think theres such thing as a reliable source.

lol yea those wombats look like bears. And that baby one in a house looked nimble as hell.

I finally cut down that stud male today. Took the tops (snipped off the biggest 5-6 tops) which looked like they might open any second and put them in a big ziplock bag with some holes on top to let it dry out. Hopefully just catch the pollen in there and do some painting in a couple weeks.

Went out to visit the 3 amigas. It hasn't really been raining here all month, so I brought out a 25% maxsea batch. (3plain water,1 full strength) Gave them all a water and split the food mostly between the biggens and a sip to the smaller one. They are putting on buds and starting to smell nice. Biggest one is 8ft+. shoot augusto is almost gone. seems like just last week it was starting.

Just a few shots of the 2 bigs and one of the smaller , which is still pretty big cinsidering the size of the hole its in.

Happy September. Things have gotten a little slow now that they are all sexed. Starting to see some nugs forming. Some strong smells floating around. I just put out my second spraying of that captain jacks, used a bit more than full strength this time. Just in celebration of fall on the way, here's a nice recipe for this time of year...brings me back!

^^This one in the picture smells like bubble gum. I had one last year that smelled the same way but wasn't too impressive as far as a buzz goes. I was shocked when I smelled it for the first time last year. didn't really think it was possible.

Did a run of BHO and seemed to get more out of a lightly packed tube than a tighter one like I usually do. Im talking a few good sized gaps and didn't pack nearly as snug. seemed like the fluid flowed around more freely when I tipped the tube back and forth.
I use a piece of coat hanger with a little L bend so I can pack the tube a inch or 2 at a time as I fill. Im not pressing hard but I want to fit in as much as I can. Is this "packing" too much?. You can see the layers of denser and fluffier and it flows slower than what I did today. Any Opinions On That? I thought denser but not jam packed was the way to go, but now Im thinking too dense and the fluid only follows certain paths and is counter productive. Only my fifth run or so, still getting used to it.

Most people I know pack the Fuck out of their tubes. I don't make that stuff so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt though.

Yep better to pack pretty tight and use a few screens 3 or 4 cause u want to build a lot of pressure to get all the trics blasted.

Went out for a feed. Starting to smell very nice. And putting on little nuggets. A couple pics of them. I also pollenated the ones at home with the short stud pollen. On the early end as far as "window for pollination" but good enough for me. we'll see how that takes.

Pretty much everything ive got at home is starting to smell like grape, and the one that smelled like gum has some leaves turning purple, its only on one branch so that's kindof weird.

I am also going to whip up a batch of butter today. Trying the 20ish hour simmer, stirring about 5 times. Using sugar leaves from last years harvest so don't think ill need to decarb at all. Going to make it a little strong because I never seem to eat anything that effects me (only tried edibles a few times, but nothing noticeable). I think making it strong will put me down for a nap, but I have a friend who needs something like that. So that, or a strong buzz and ill be happy. Will most likely just spread it on toast, and see if my pal wants some to help her sleep.

Went out to feed the jungle trio. All starting to frost/bud up and smelling nice. I saw quite a difference from 6 days ago.

"Small one", "eastie", "westie", and a couple closer shots( small+eastie I think). Finally came up with Those sweet names.

Also been crockin that budder, that shit stanks! It smelled like I smoked a fatty when I walked into my room last night. But this morning, About 16 hours in and it smells more like regular butter. I take it as all the thc has been released, and collected by the butter. Im going to still let it go for the full 20-22.
