Buds in 6th week of flower are "dehydrated"...

I'm pretty good at researching the answers to my questions before I post like a dumbass just hoping to get advice without doing any work myself..(!!) but I give on this one.
My first grow was two plants and this same thing happened to one of those plants, but I couldn't figure out why. Now I see the problem. I'm growing in an area sectioned off with black plastic, and the humidity because of that has been a battle. What I believe has happened is the fan was just blowing too damn hard on this one area, and literally almost dehydrated the buds. Believe me...I know how crazy this sounds.
The last grow, everything was looking super, I was about a week away from harvest, checked them before bed, and bedtime the next night it appeared that all the volume, and moisture had been sucked out of my buds....they looked dead. It wasn't the lights, nutrients, or anything else.
So my question is this....since the SAME thing has happened to another plant that was in the SAME area, but I caught it about 2-3 weeks from harvest....is it too late to save her? I have turned the fan, and moved her a bit, added some extra water....but the poor buds look a vampire got ahold of 'em. Should I cut my losses and harvest what's left, or keep movin' forward now that I see what's caused it? I can't think that they will recover......any suggestions? (if it matters...this is God's Gift growing in rockwool, because I didn't have my hydro system set up in time to put her in, and the PH was kept at 5.8, PPM was 1400, basically all was right in the world except that damn fan)
Thanks and Peace, love, buds to all
Oh, lol!! I realize the picture I uploaded makes it look like she's fried from nutes or light, but I swear that's not the case. Ok...thx for listening to my long ass story!

Thanks Hatter...will do. I'd pretty much given it up and counted myself lucky to have learned the lesson early, instead of later and more costly!
I used to go to a couple of other forums, back when I decided to try this...but people here are by FAR more helpful and friendly. Peace!!

id flush her big time an then change the fan so its aiming below the plants an circulatin air from beneath as hot air rises then try ann keep the area cool and dont mist the plants for at least 5 days
