don't leave out the nitrogen man, it's a sativa, those like their nitrogen in fairly good dosages too, something gotta fuel the stretch and bud forming, needs more than just phosphorus and potassium
I have been making sure to give it enough nitrogen to keep it green but more phosphorus and potassium to get fuller buds. Ill update and get more pictures as the weeks go on.

alos ygd it's def a indica, It doesn't look like it is man, looks waaay more to be a sativa dom hybrid, which would explain your slow flowering times.
I wonder what kind it is. I found this little girl growing behind my house. I throw my bagseed out of my smoke room window and one started growing, so I have no idea what strain it is.

don't do that though man, you need a nice even NPK, the ratio is important, many don't realize that.
VERY common misconception is that if you add large amounts of phosphorus and potassium that it makes your buds larger.
simply not true assuming you aren't having defs. that's like saying drinking milk will make you big and strong..
not if the genetics aren't there, that's always, always, always the limiting factor.
Know-what-I-mean, Verne?

Oh yeah, I forgot.

Too hot! Run at night may help some but, I would get a standalone room AC and use that.

Honestly, 250 watter don't produce really good buds. The quality will be fine though, only the weight suffers.

I've never had good (or even decent results) from any 250 or 400 watters......when I finally moved to 600 watt fixtures, everything across the board got better. Unfortunately, under your circumstances, you'll have to pull the hot air out but it will be worth it.

Hey guys this is an update. For the past two weeks I have been able to get my daytime temperatures to be consistently 77 degrees and nightime temperatures to be 72 degrees. and the buds are starting to look decent. I want to thank everyone for their advice, its nice to know there is a place like this for people to exchange ideas and learn to be better farmers. Here are some updated pics

your absolutely right. I have started saving up for a 600w and ballast.

Well if you assume 10-14 days for it to switch into flower that puts it at roughly 5 weeks flowering so you probably have another 4-5 weeks to go roughly
That's incorrect its the day you flip it you start counting, reason there is no bud its too hot should be 68-74 and strain might grow a long time some can go 12 and even 16 weeks in flower

It depends if you count from flip to flower or 1st signs of flower forming, regardless of what YOU think on the subject, it is widely known that SOME ppl count from flip and others count from 1st signs of flower, regardless of how wrong or right it is, it happens.......

i.e. for instance......SOME breeders estimated flowering times are obviously counted from 1st signs of flower not flip to 12/12( as if they were based on 12/12 flip then flowering times would be horribly wrong against what they advertise etc) and there are countless threads about it on many forums, again, doesnt make it right OR wrong, just what some people DO do

I count the days from the 1st day of 12/12. I've never met in person anyone that didnt, you're experiences may vary. I also have never had any issues pulling 350 grams or more from a 400 watt hps. Also temps up to the low / mid 80's have never caused any problems with my grows as long as your not letting the air get stagnant . Sativas grow in the equator regions of the world where temps get far hotter then the mid eighties and they have been doing fine for eons. All in all Your plant looks like a pretty healthy sativa dominant plant and is just now starting to switch gears into pure flower mode . You have at least a month left on it and probably more like 1 1/2 or 2 , Keep up the good work , BB

Do i have a bad strain that will take 15-20 weeks to finish, or something else? Its been 6 weeks flowering, and i dont mind counting the flowering weeks cause im tired of not seeing buds,i may have light leak the past 4 weeks so now im considering my plant is just flowering(now without light leak)for 2 weeks.

20150829_192639.jpg

the leaves just keep growing and the supposedly bud sites are not having actual buds, just new leaf growth all over, but every new leaf growth has pistils too, what is happening?

20150821_030729.jpg

pistils growing every node of the plant so definitely its a female (not sure if it will turn to be hermie later on, i wish it wont)
