Are you sure it's done? I had other people thinking it needed two weeks.. So confusing ;)
ikr....you are going to have to make this judgement call whether to treat it or chop it. Mold is so infectious its really risky having it around other plants. You have to get some kind of fungal treatment going fast. What have you done so far besides trim off infected parts?

I had signs of Powdery Mildew and got some Actinovate from a friend and sprayed it on.., it didn't seem to do anything, so I bought a concentrate of Neem oil OMRI approved for fruits and veggies up to the day of harvest and the plants look incredible now! Going to re-apply every 7-10 days cause that shit can creep up on you fast and cause some serious damage.
On the bud rot side I had two plants with donkey dick colas last year I saw little brow spot on the outside of the bud... I started digging and that shit invaded the inside of the buds.. I chucked close to a pound of bud rot buds. Sucked big time!!!

Thanks for your help… this is from another plant I just picked off.. I have trouble identifying beginning stages of bud rot and am scared to smoke mold by accident… is the bud rot? Here are two separate pieces… let me know if you can what you think of each. I can try to take better pictures if you want. In 8992, the brown on first appearance could look like mould, but the brown part is more brittle so i was wondering if maybe it was a nutrition issue..

8985 - is another plant, which may be getting signs of bud rot, does it look ready yet? I don't have a magnifying glass unfortunately

Thanks :)

Thanks I will look into it - if you have a chance mind checking the photos below to see if these also have mould? I'm new at this and not the best at identifying beginning stage mould..

You've got to look inside the bud where it connects to the stem, thats where the rot will start. It'll be brown and dead looking...if its rot.

"Pull those fuckers" as in the brown stuff off the bottom of the buds that you see in the picture? Are the remainder of the buds are safe to smoke?
Pull any plants that show rot. As you trim remove the rot, and the rest of the buds should be fine.

I am having trouble distinguishing where the rot begins and ends...

Here is a picture. As you can see in the bottom right hand corner there is some camel coloured mould but past that point there seems to be camel coloured dots spread out. I'm not sure how much of this I can save...

Good eye Greenfairy!!! You are going to be a pro before you know it. This right here is a good example of why women are better growers, they see detail.

Thanks thats encouraging! but… at what spot in the bottom right for example do I trim mould from weed as the specs look dispersed?
