Bud rot or bugs? Help needed!

Day 49, this plant looks almost ready was gonna give it another 6-7 days to fatten up..

Dried blackened small section of bud in a dense area of nugs. Further in looks to be a white fine mould or webbing.
Have had bug issues with this grow, possible bugs nest or is this rot?
If so remove effected section or is it time to pull this plant?

An infestation big enough to leave webbing should be fairly obvious and all over the plant. I'd cut that bud off, perform an autopsy on it to see whet, exactly, is in there, and watch the rest of the grow closely while it finishes. Anything else that pops up, take them down.

I dug into that section of bud and saw little black spores..
going to preform a little surgery and see if I can remove the affected bud, then hope the rest of this lovey top cola doesnt start to rot.

its always good to idea to harvest only colas, and let another popcorns grow ripen...because colas always got dense. overall your ladies is very beautiful and nice buds +rep for ya.
