Bubbleponics Setup Help

Hey all, soil grower looking at running a smaller bubbleponic SOG under a 400w. The box it will be in is 2'w x 3'l. The 400w will be mounted externally on the top to avoid any heat issues, cabinet will have a 4" 165cfm exhaust fan. My concern is on the bubbleponics system itself. I was looking at building my own as everything on the market is too tall for my box. I'm thinking about something ~8" tall. It will be a 12 site (2x6 site containers possibly?), and my concern is that even with a SOG meaning 12/12 from rooted clone basically, that the root mass will be crowded in a smaller container like this. It would probably be two of these http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-15-Qt-Latch-Box-Blue-Lapis-Set-of-10/15528562

Would I run into problems on this?

You won't have issues with 12/12 from rooted clone. This is actually the first time I've seen anyone ask about SOG multi site rez'es.. and this is the only time I ever endorse multi site rez'es.

Other than 12/12 from clone/seed I would suggest single plant-single rez.

I have something similar with a perpetual sog.. the 12/12 from rooted clone will work out nicely, careful of the big stretch tho in the first couple weeks if you have height restrictions, I would recommend scrog it just with a bunch small plants, thats how I do it. basically what you have goin on just with a screen (guide) to keep those little girls shorter and in control, even if its not scrogging like one big plant like the traditional scrog but itll help you keep the fan leaves down with the 400 just hittin those main cola (bud) sites. MMMM perfection my man.

Ps. those clear containers will be a B**ch to light proof if you can find some that have some color you still need to light proof it but ill be a little easier
Good Luck

with a smaller res it might be a problem keeping your res temp in line,as the plants grow they will take up more space in the res and leave less space for nute solution, the less you have in the res the faster it will warm up.you may want to consider trying to insulate your res to help with the temps
