3 weeks into this my 3rd grow with CFL's. All 5 sprouted, had twins and culled smaller one. Seems to have stunted the other one. This soil is very light weight and already prepared for use. All 3 grows haved been in this soil. My plants love it. Bubblelicious........13/11 Light cycle. Watered every 7 days.
