Broad Mites?

I got these plants from a fellow cloner. Who was using these as mothers. He needed the space and so I was given them to flip .. they are 2 weeks into bloom.. I have had a broad mite problem in the past . But used nuke em and sprayed and wiped down every corner of my room. I THREW THE OLD PLANTS AWAY and start fresh but These buds looks very wilted and struggling sorta like the other I'm wondering if they have broad mites?

Or just a strain that takes awhile to get blooming. My white Russian took almost 20 days to get going. I'm tempted to let them go another week before deciding to continue or start over . I don't wanna grow garbage ! Not my style !
