I got this email this morning:

Dear Steve,

At this point we can only do 2 things.

Or we reship everything in one enveloppe with registered mail (all the
orders you made) or we just refund you all the money you spent.

I kindly ask you to close the dispute on Paypal so that I can proceed my
self with the refund in the fastest way possible.

Hi I felt I was getting nowhere and escalated to Paypal.
I already asked for refund and dont believe I was gong to get one.
If even one order made it I wouldnt be so mad and feel so cheated, but several months and just a single empty envelope.
I have honestly no way of knowing if you even sent the first 2 orders...
There is a lack of trust on both sides I believe at this point.
How do I know you will refund me if I close the Paypal dispute?
Cant you refund me trough Paypal, we are both covered that way.

(3) orders totaling $84, and I received one envelope with only stickers


Sorry for spamming up your thread guys, but felt its best place with honest ppl who know the system better than myself/

Tell them refund the money and you'll be happy to close the dispute :), which I think you are in the process of doing by the sounds of it. Its ashame that there are things in the world (goods and services) which bet on people just saying "aww fuck it" and they get away with shit service.

The time spent with this I would have honestly, but I am broke and need this money.

I know they dont want to lose their good standing with paypal, and decided to do this as a last resort.

You've already placed trust in them...3 times, and after your experience with them was brought to their attention they made no attempt to make things right -until you opened a case through Paypal. Now its their turn to show some trust. Let them know that you will be getting your money back one way or another and its on them to decide which way that is now. Assure them that the case will close immediately after a refund is made, or you can just get it through Paypal. Its their call.

What happened is I ordered some C99 seeds and forgot.
2 months later I ordered different seeds from them (Sexbud) and went to see status and saw 2 orders.
I was like -oh yeah-.
I notified them and they asked my to pay $16 for track and trace to reship.
I said ok, but add on some Redpurps so shipping dosnt seem like such a waste.
The second order never arrives, and now the 3rd one does arrive which is a re-ship of order one and the Redpurps, only its empty after going through customs and being confiscated.
So 3 orders and I got 3 stickers lol form the last package that was empty otherwise, well there was a letter from Customs.

I will close the cases with Paypal immediately after the $84 is refunded. The manner in which you refund is up to you.

I think with PayPal if there is a dispute it probably takes longer for them to be able to go through the refund process. Maybe it even restricts their trading ability....not sure about that. Perhaps as a last resort msg them and say you'll raise the dispute and if the money is not in your account within 24 hours you'll simply start another dispute on PayPal. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the advice!

I hate being a dick and dont want to ruin their business, but their methods suck there and I want to be done with those losers.

I wont post on this anymore here till there is a resolution and be the end of it.

Sucks to hear man, poor of business practice sucks but it is increasingly more common. Not just in seed companies that's for sure..

You can initiate a charge back dispute, but I'd reserve that as a last resort. get your refund or dispute. they'll likely just pay you because if they lose the dispute they will be forced to refund and pay a fee for the transaction reversal usually £20or £25 I can't remember precisely. (in uk anyway).

Through paypal, the refund process is instantaneous. If however a chargeback is done, that is a bit more of a lengthy process since it is Paypal paying your card back. The seller will then be responsible for the chargeback and likely a fee on top of that as well like mentioned above.

I offered them the choice of how to refund, I believe came from account and from card(s) so could be complicated as a charge-back. 3 orders and possibly paid different each time based on where I had funds at the time

I have to decide what to pop first now
It will be my over winter indoor so that will play into the choices possibly.
This will be the time when I can crank up lights with less worry of heat in the tiny tent
