any natural creeks near your spots? if not watering will be a huge PITA think irrigation piping as for animals. the only real way to ensure deer aren't eating your buds is compromising stealth with a big mesh cage. 200acres i'd wager that's no biggie. i'd maybe spend a while camping about the area see what natural trails there are and who uses them.

@donny B! ... water has been on my mind and i havnt come up with a solid plan yet as to what would be best ... i mean what im talking about doing i cant see myself wanting to carry 20 buckets out to the woods every week ya know... so making sure a creek or stream is close by would be smart a? ... and will i need to do anything to the water if i get it from a creek?? or should it be ok and clean and ready to rock???

Large groups of mj are easily visable from above. Scatter your plants-1 or 2 here and 1 or 2 there.
I have seen a plant here on riu that yielded over 9 pounds-it was taller that his house, by a fellow in Australia sometime around 2009.
Critters seem to have a fondness for mj-rabbits while they're young and deer anytime.
I had a friend whose crop was eaten by a herd of deer a week before harvest.....and this was just behind where he did his daily target practicing.

i was thinking i might do like 3 plant patchs but not next to eachother maybe like 15 yards spaced from each?? and id like to do say 5 - 7 patches spread all out that lot....and wouldnt you know it there is a nice clean creek that runs right through it!! and secluded as fuck!! like im talking homes a mile or more apart... and they all know eachother... shit infact we are coming up on almost being the older guys out that area... me and 3 other best buds since junior high all grew up inside like a 20 mile area of all country woods .... but no we aint no dang hicks lol infact we grew up jamming out learning how to play music together.... ...and i have been talking to the one ive stayed close to like brother close ... we are all close but you know... anyway so yea its pretty much our land now one buddy just got his parents house the one he grew up in and another one is looking like it wont be more then a couple years before he has his child hood home... and so on and so on.... anyways i think we are gonna start some kind of thing ya know... our own community!! and the parents cant tell us no anymore or bam now your in a "home" lmao that last bit was a joke!!! ... its very sad to think our parents wont always be here and i dont want it to sound like im saying yay!!! they have no say!! lol ... im only thinking into the future i guess and knowing what we will be able to do has been a dream for us all!!! and really i always thought thats all it was... just a dream!! ....

Too close. Seriously, you might think no one goes on the land but you never know. And if someone finds one, 15 yards away there is another. Then they just sit and wait and harvest them early. Take the attitude with this grow that someone does walk across the land. Then you will enjoy the fruits of your harvest. Select a number of locations, close to a water source as Don pointed out, and preferably on a South facing slope and not in the bottom of a valley. Good luck.

so i have a question for yalls and it might be a bit of a green one lol buuut .... k so i have 9 strains running in flower right now at a week in... 4 of them are BB... so my other ones a stretching like mofos!! but the BB's are staying nice and compact.... is it just better gennetics?? they are all getting even lighting but for some reason all my gear from herbies are streching crazy!! the durban, fire og, training day, 501st og..... my tahoe is just a short little compacted one though .... hmmm idk man but my BB gear is doing just what i wanna see.... and honestly with crosses they are making im sure anyone can find a strain that is either a favorite, has been crossed with a favortie or will most likely become a favortie lol that being said and plus just the all around service you get and how much more you get i think BB is gonna be 90% of my room from now on ;)
