As y'all know, I dig Breeder's B, but I wouldn't pop mystery beans. I like to have some idea of what the smoke will be, and reasonable expectations on bloom time.
Think of it this way. Bagseed is constantly being popped just to have something to grow and smoke. I think that it's a great idea to toss in a couple of no name freebies along with some marked ones. More beans = more greens! :D

With that being said it will be tough to use this method and get good feedback on testers. I am not the best at keeping a journal and I know for a fact that if I don't have info on what I am growing that I focus on what I do have info for. The others are more of a (get to the end) project. :)

It would be nice to know what exactly they are, they'd be a little higher on my list of seeds to pop next.

I have a few random bag seeds, some I have a slight idea what they are, others no clue. I'll put these mystery seeds into that pile and maybe do a 12/12 SOG grow to burn through my randoms and freebies. Might find a gem or two.

It's a scavenger hunt! :D

hey man! so i was wondering if you had a top fav from bb and a strain you are dying to try
Sorry I didn't get back to your PM. I forgot to reply! :D

My favorite smoke from BB is Dog. It's something that I will always try to keep around. After that is Fireball, a great grower and nice solid nugs as well. Fireball (in my opinion) will be popular this summer her on RIU. I would love to see it in some local dispensaries. The one that I am dying to run is Blue Pit. I have a 10 pack but I haven't popped any yet because I am still working with Dog and Fireball. :)

My brother says I'll have to talk to my Dog plants like I'm DMX and play them plenty of rap music...

Did you run the regular or fem Dog?

The ones that I ran looked the same. I didn't get a ton of variation with mine and didn't have any hermie issues with the fem beans. Only thing that I noticed was there was a fatter/shorter pheno that produced the same smell/look. Both had rock hard nugs and smoked the same. A nice daytime high after a couple of hits but a joint or blunt will drop your lids. :)

Ohhh its good to see people saying nice things about Dog. Ive run about 30-40 strains in a few years, always lots of turnnover even if something is good, BUT i always have a Dog if not 2 in my garden.

It hits like nobodys business, the high last forever, but really what sells it for me is the "grease" and the smell. Dog is frosty, real frosty, but ive noticed around harvest/3rd week cure that it is also saturated with terp oil, my god it smells heavenly. Dont know if its the associated memory thing or what haha

Makes me drool now iust smelling it... like a dog lol

I went with the regular, I didn't feel like potentially dealing with a hermi, even if it goes away after cloning.

I was wondering how much variation there was between the two.
I went with reg dog for the same reason. Me and anyone else i've smoked with love it. I did just pick up a pack of the fems to try now. I've been running reg dog and cheese surprise for a year straight, and am loving it!
