Yeh So, I Know Little About Outdoor Growing, I've Been Studying Growing (Indoor, Stealthy Ops) For About a Year Before Overgrow.com Got Shutdown.

I Became Addicted Like So Many Others Have, So I Read A Members Blog On Here, And He Had A Whole List Of Things He Thru In With The Soil and Plant, And Because Were Having A Flood Season, I Think If I Can Get Some Strong Seedlings Or Even Small Plants, In Secluded Spots On National Forest Ridgeline, They'd Probably Get Lots Of Water Naturally. Plus I Have Access To Lots Of Spring Fed Creek Water. Infact I Could Probably Get It Right From A Spring.

Anyways My Questions

1. Creek Water, Good Bad? I Know Theres Lots Of Microrganisms, And Bacteria And What Not. But This Is Some Clear Ass Creek Water, It's Got Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Crawdads, A Leech or Two , and Lots of Snakes.

2. Can A Plant Sustain Itself In My Outdoor Enviroment? (Stupid Question I Know, But I Need Good Opinions) By The Way We Have HIGH Humidity. And It's Usually Between 75-100 Degrees During The Summer. I Won't Be Able To Baby It, And Hoping If I Put Enough Natural Organics Deep In The Soil, Or Maybe Do It By Root Depth

3. Stealthy Options, I Have Some Ideas, Like Planting Some Bushes Around To Conceal In The Areas Where I Need Concealment. I Just Want It Too Look Natural.

4. I Would Not Be Surprised If They Had Thermal Imaging Choppers Flying Over The Area I'm Describing, Anyway I Could Block Them, I've Heard Certain Trees Produce More Heat or Some Bs, I'm Going To Plant Them In Clusters. And Last, Do DEA Agents Sit Next To Your Grow For Weeks On End 24/7 Waiting For You To Show Up To Check On Your Plants, When Its On A National Forest? Because I Don't See How I Could Coincidentally Show Up At The Same Time As The Narcs ^^

Lemme Smoke More And Think Of More Questions. Any Answers Will Be Rewarded With Kudos, And Beautiful Pics, One Day. :blsmoke:

I'll answer the first question, about the creek water. Of course creek water is fine. It's a weed. Water is water.

As for the rest of your post... I'm sorry, but capitalizing every single word in the post just makes it too hard to read. Makes my head feel like it's turning inside out. Just go ahead and use creek water; it's what plants were drinking for millions of years before we ever came along and decided to start treating marijuana like it was fragile or something. Good luck and welcome to the forums!

They will grow fine. My understanding is that outdoors the choppers don't use thermal heat imaging, but rather just eyeball it and look for areas that are green during a drought. Too green early in the year, things like that. Check this out: YouTube - brwndirtwarrior's Channel

@skunk - The capitalization is done by RIU automatically when a person types in all caps.

1 creek water probably the best you can use
2weed is a weed it can thrive in pretty much any climate, but does better with a little care
3tie a string around the top of the plant not to tight but tight enough and bend it slightly, only slightly though you dont wanna bend to much or it will wilt or even snap, and as it grows it will kind of grow at an angle, which helps anyways{look on here for it}
4they only use thermal imaging on houses

I don't know where your located, but if it gets up to a hundred degrees, and the humidity is that high I wouldn't want to hike too far to take care of them.

in a nat'l forest, you can dig holes to put your buckets in, but I just put them in a bush...with the cage setup, you can get into some extremely tight places without thrashing your babies. you can also put them under very light canopy...I'd be a lot more worried about aerial grid photography in the visual spectrum, than som 'black helicopter' infra haystack needle detector. aviation fuel costs money, so it's cheaper to send grid photos to the lab...that's why you move them every so often...especially late in the game...this also has the benefit of leaving no well worn telltale trails, which to even a poorly trained tracker sticks out like a neon sign.

uh yeah...creek water...usually the best possible choice(unless excessive farm runoff)....yeah- they have elite teams of former navy seals that sit for weeks on ambush waiting for you to water your 3 plants....right! there's this thing called money...and it makes the world go 'round! law enforcement agencies operate on a budget...are you growing a mexican mafia 27,000 plant op with ak 47's? no you're small potatoes....I'd be spending most of my dept.'s $$ dealing with the meth problem!

unfortunently that is the world we live in.

in every case you will find of outdoors growing, you have never heard of the DEA, or any other law enforcement agency, sticking their neck out for a couple marijuana plants, in fact... the best thing the police seem to have, tech wise, is electromagnetic spectrum, but that is only if you are growing INDOORS.

if you grow, you should understand.

-and they normally wont sit and weight for you, they normally jsut chop your shit down and take it with them to burn. sometimes theyll put a motion detector camera up, but, even then they cant prove that there yours if you act smart about it when you go back, like dont start crying or acting like you notice your beutys have been cut off and there ankles and sent strait to weed hell.

im doing something similar but with about thirty plants in the middle of some woods in a town of like 5000 ppl where i can about see from one end of the town to the other, how worried should i be about helicopters and grid photos and the sort?

depends on how many times you've heard a heli fly by.

living in tampa, which most people never notice, i see and hear planes and choppers everyday whizzing by, but i'm still not worried about choppers. it's always green and lush landscape in FL, so i don't have to worry about my plants sticking out like a sore thumb.

i wouldn't worry too much ynitsed8888, your inexperience shines through, but keep reading up, and you might succeed.

Well the thing is, the area i plan on planting in is right inline with an airforce bases flightplan, usually jets, but i've seen choppers, i'm sure they're busy training or something, and i'm from Missouri, and i rarely here of them busting methlabs, and its the biggest meth state in the country as far i know, and i hear about them busting a truck full of weed or whatever all the time. its ridiculus but thats the way it is. I'll use the creekwater :) I will try to get it from the spring, i guess my real question about this was, is the water going to be too hard? ph stable? heh i've got a tester incase.
