Here's my situation. I'm a 19 year old student in Boulder, I've dealth with anxiety and inability to sleep on my own for a few years now, never been to a doctor or been prescribed anything. I took a job a few months ago that has me working 6pm to 2am 3 days a week. As a result, I have had back pain strong enough to increase my inability to sleep, oftentimes keeping me up until 3 or 4 in the morning, especially on nights after work. What I'm looking for is a recommendation for a doctor who won't think that I'm just another college kid looking to score weed. I'm perfectly fine with paying all of the application fees and associated costs. Any help would be greatly appreciate, thanks.

You can go the westword route, the back few pages are full of dispensaries and places that will help you get your referal. Some of them will really push you to sign them up as your caregiver. I recommend if you do not want to grow your own that you do not sign up the first folks you see. Look around.
You can change your caregiver ofcourse but it does take sending in a notarized paper to the state.
I have been checking out some of the dispensaries in the area and I will whole heartedly recommend C3 as the best dispensary I have found. They have great prices for members and non members and even more importantly they have some of the best quailty of have come across.
C3 is in Federal Heights so it might be convient for you. PM me for a number and I think they can also aide you into getting your referal. They do not make appointments there to the best of my knowledge but they know the Med MJ community very well, they know the laws as well as anyone can and they are eager to help.
