I usually do a Rez change every 2 weeks or so. I also have to top my flower Rez off at least once or twice In that 2 weeks. I check it every day b/c I have a meter in each Rez. It usually needs to be ph'ed down.
sounds normal to me.

i'd set at 5.5 let it rise to 6.1 and then do it over again. dump my res every 10 days.

How do these look? 2 weeks from seed. I know i started them a little early
The second picture sure it growing some funky ways, I actually have a seedling that has been growing so bizzAre I just keep it alive out of curiousity to see what it's gonna do, I'll go snap a pic, the first one looks fine and the third I can't really tell, I wouldn't be to worried as yet as long as everything is reading correctly and you don't have any crazy ph swings you should be okay.

You asked how they looked.. ?

But Nice! I have the worst seed germing rate in history I have some super old seeds I just thought about I'm gonna give em a shot, they are prolly that old or older. Some old captain cook I think.

I was wondering if you think age has anything to do with their growth?
Yeah it very well could. Always hard to tell how the pheno is going to be until it's older, 3/4 nodes.

I literally just found my old captain Cook seeds and some others I forgot I had, extended my seed germing experimentation, 2 went straight into rapid rooters, 5 in just water soaking Until they sink and crack, 2 in water with a tiny splash of h202 until they sink and crack and then of course 5 straight into paper towel method, all bottled water, no ph'ing.

Operation too many seeds germing is a go.

I've been using kind for over a year. I switched from fox farm b/c I kept burning plants. I like kind except for how nasty and salty it makes my Rez. I wasbtrying to run the full line and it got a little out of hand so now it's just the middle group for me.

Good to hear, yeah I used foxfarm for a brief time just starting soil, then did nothing but ewc tea for soil outdoor and indoor 12/12 from seed or clone, put all that stuff up when switching to the stink us systems but reading on and experiencing a Lille root rot early on has me wondering if I should bust it back out.

For now I'm adding hydrogaurd along side of pondzyme every two days.

Originally was going to run pure blend pro lineup but installed a RO system and a 55 gallon storage drum so decided on kind with the added ca in the base.

The next lineup I have on my shelf that I'm waiting to try out is cyco, friend of mine has had great success in his flood and drain tables and swears by it, also you mentioned the salt buildup from kind I believe cyco uses amino acids so apparently little to no salt buildup.
