HEY GUYS, sorry for the late intro but grows are all looking outstanding, glad to be a new part of this great community.

Ok so I have a medical grow going for New Mexico, I am a caregiver. I have a 10x10 growroom with 4 1000 watt hps lamps also have t5s around the entire perimiter to add addtl blue spectrum, i chose to grow autoflowers initially but also added some others to the batch. I am using the advanced nutrient line with iguana juice grow and bloom, voodoo juice, pirhana, and tarantula, currently am feeding iguana grow, cal mag grow, b52, voodoo juice, pirhana and tarantula. My autoflowers are (iranian, iranian X g13, iranian X chemdog all from DR.GREENTHUMB.) now in their appx 7th week of FULL veg no flowering yet, and tallest is curretnly 26 1/2" tall, smallest about 21". I also have grandaddy purple, chemdog, LA woman, and Herijuana all from clones except the GDP which is from seed, id love to get some input, ill be putting pics on here shortly, i do have tons of videos constantly updated

Hi, hope you don't mind me asking - I saw you mentioning in a thread about heavily manicuring auto plants during veg and flowering - could you give some more detailed info on this? I've recently started growing autos and have been wondering about what the best trimming/pruning/manicuring procedure would be! I've got a fair amount going and won't be doing LST, but I'd really appreciate some tips on general maintenance for auto plants. Thanks :)

ok, from what I've found the best way is to ensure that the bottom 3 branches on each side get more than adequate lighting. Branches 4 and up will typically form into the top nug. To do this you'll need to accomplish two things. First trim fan leaves where necessary to make sure branches are getting good light (the little plants can take a lot of trimming, but don't go overboard). Secondly, side lighting is key. I used to use a 150W HPS on top with 600W of CFL side lighting (the big ass 105W CFLS that plug into an edison socket, pm me if you want a cheap link to pick them up). I'm currently running a 400W HPS with about 400W CFL side lighting (100W CFL or so devoted to each of my four plants as side lighting). They love it. I've yet to grow a Short Stuff auto plant using this method that yielded less than one oz. Typically pull about 1.5 oz, 2 if I have a great pheno. In flowering I look to trim any leaves that are blocking any direct or side lighting to a bud site, although I'm careful not to trim a leaf that is still in the process of helping a bud site grow. Remember the leaves are solar panels from which bud sites derive their energy during early stages of flowering. Also make sure you're using at least a 12in pot. I use 16 in pots. Root development with the autos is very fast during its short veg stage and key for a good harvest. I've found anything less than 12in/1 gallon pots will cause the plant to become root bound during mid-late flowering and will fuck up your game. Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Nice grow diary, thanks for sharing.

I am growing an AA at the moment and she is showing the exact same symptoms you got on the taller one, the last pic is the AA on the right and an auto Kush ryder on the left :

I am feeding her on pure water for a few feeds until this clears up.

Cheers,
