good chance he would have blown himself up making the bomb, saving many people the grief they have endured.

maybe not in this case, but a lot of cases would end in this type of perfect social darwinism.

Funny thing is, WE DO HAVE A SYSTEM LIKE THAT. Unfortunately the USA has its fill of Mexicans and doesn't want any more so the rest have to ILLEGALLY come here.

I am sure a "Sensible" approach for you would to just open the borders to anyone and everyone.

No one has seen anything like it? The plans are available on the internet. They're more common in shitslam countries but they're surprisingly easy to make.
