these girls are coming on three weeks and they are very small and one only has a few leaves, WHATS GOING ON?!?

there does seem to be a problem ..are you feeding it yet?
 
by fed you mean water? that means its only 6 days old. are you adjusting the ph of your water?
 
Nutrient burn. They're way too young for any food. Furthermore, Miracle Grow Organic is way too hot for seedlings. Transplant into small cups with nothing but perlite, when they show signs of being hungry you can re-transplant to the MG organic.
