First, my wife is an MMJ patient and takes care of our children while I am at work. She tried to go into the dispensary with our 1 year old earlier today and had to have the security guard hold the baby because they are no longer allowed in the dispensary. What the fuck? It's not like she picks and chooses when she needs medicine.

The house pushed through legislation that gets the department of business regulation involved with caregivers and patients.
It basically says that if YOU TELL THEM you are electing to grow that you HAVE to purchase plant tags from them. NO EXCEPTIONS. the plant tags are $25 PER PLANT annually. caregivers now have to renew their cards every year at $100 and patients every year at $50. @24 plants, my renewal, my wifes renewal that comes out to $750 annually.
ON TOP OF THAT if you are a caregiver they FORCE you to buy a set of plant tags PER patient even if you dont grow.
IF YOU TELL them that you are growing, and you don't renew your tags, they report you to law enforcement.
FUCK ALL OF THAT.
