Blue Dream ready in 56 days. Is it even possible?

While other factors come into play like light intensity, hours of light while in flower, nutrients, and temp do effect flowering times, its much less than genetics. A true indica flowers in between 46-65 days. A true sativa flowers in 14+ weeks.

A hybrid wont be stable till what.. f7? Most seeds sold are f1/2.. if they are even labled right.

Most strains out take 56-65 days to finish.

I did not know this. so I should expect that if sativa from Panama takes 12 weeks to finish it must not be a true sativa from Panama? dammit

Well, do you have a sativa from panama thats not a hybrid, that finishes in 12? Or is this a made up situation...? I mean, why didnt you bring it up earlier when i asked?

As i said earlier, link up any evidence you have. Im gonna bet that any sub 12 week strain is a cross.

Plus i already said a sativa would be 12+ with 95% being 14+
This started by you saying there is no differance between indica and sativa in flowering times. Its all random.

I contest that there are parameters. Its pretty predictable how long something will take to flower given its genetics. I thought this was a hard point of view to agrue, and it was a generally held fact on indica/sativa flowering times.

After cutting down few flowers I was able to inspect them much better under the microscope then on the plan. I found out that lower flowers (smaller ones) don't really have any amber caps, but combination of clear and milky caps. Bigger - top flowers have plenty of milky, some clear and some amber caps. So I decided to turn lights back on and go for another few days and maybe cut it early next week. Plus after I had a big flush, my soil is still very moist. Hence, I think I will continue using lights for the next few days to dry out soil completely and than turn it of for a 24 hours with idea to cut it down sometime on Monday, which will be day 64.

unsure if you know this, but you want to do your cutting just before lights on...
ever notice how the smell is real strong when the lights first come on? we want to keep that in the bud.

Just make sure you do 24 hours darkness. Its a must do!!!!!

I actually have a blue dream fem-photo from ILGM soaking and noticed earlier it had popped.
need to get off my lazy ass and get her in some soil i guess...
i have read the blue dream is a clone-only strain and the seeds we have are blueberry x haze or blueberry x og kush.
i have grown og kush and that stuff was very odorous. i was hoping for a low-odor strain but have no idea what i have since ILGM don't say what it has been crossed with.

If its easy to do a 24-48 hours dark Id say go for it. Its a small diffdrajce if it is even real but the few times i did it the buds "seemed" frostier than average an maybe a bit stronger. But im not sure, an only did it that way a couple times cuz its not always easy.

And do NOT let the soil dry out hefore harvest. I used to do this, however i firmly believe it hurt the yield. I mean, do it if you want... but the log8c is your buds dry faster and honestly you dont want them to dry faster because thats how chlorofil breaks down and the good tastes come out of the bud with a slower dry and cure.

Can this be the case? Is it possible to have Blue Dream ready in such a short flowering time? Could it be because I gave it too much N with my chicken poop teas?
With mini microscope is hard to tell exact shade of clearness of those trichomes, but I think seeing amber caps proves it that it is ready.

I just recently harvested my blue dream plants and at 65 days they were close to perfect. Imo

it says there in the detail section "20% - 80% Sativa dominant".
and it does not say what it is... blueberry x haze? blueberry x og kush?
i don't know what i have and from the wide range of dominance, don't think they know either.
