Has anyone here heard of a type of weed called blowfish? A few years back my area got flooded with Blueberry, the second kind I can't remember the name of but it had a spicey taste but real potent, and the
Blowfish which was the best. The taste I can't really describe other than a sweet flavor and was real frosted and covered with very long orange hairs. Unfortunatley as quick as it came, whoever brought it to town left in a few months and I never found a seed and haven't been able to find anymore since.

I've googled it but come up with nothing but I can remember someone mentioning it before possibly here or on some message boards. :peace:

maybe the hook didn't know the real name of the strain and he needed something catchy so he came up with blowfish?

or maybe its out there

I'm pretty sure i saw some "blowfish" on thc farmer this morning. Some breeder on there has them for sale. Can't remember which though.

I am strongly considering getting a thcbay account, making the ten posts, and getting those. Granted I am far away from starting a grow now unfortunatley under my circumstances but when I finally can pop those seeds and compare the harvest to what I remember of the blowfish my curiosity will be satisfied.

i have blow fish and yes it was made by dutch flowers great yield as far as flowering time i can pull her as soon as 42 days if i had to and the longest time i had to run her is about 52 days but on avg about 48 days i get right around 28 to 35 oz under a 1000 with her with 10 days of veg very little grooming needed to do with her if you know someone with her i would ask for a cutting if i were you shes my main mommy

I would add Blowfish responds very well to uvb lights for trichome production, just don't add too much uvb light or you'll stress it out

Just cracked some Blowfish beans and have several packs. I am so looking forward to this strain. How did any of yours turn out? I read different flowering times between 45 and 70 days, I would think there is a big difference with harvesting early?

I've had the clone for 6 years. Really is unique. One of the most complex terpene profiles when it cures. Rancid grapefruit when it's fresh.

I've been trying to get a blowfish cut for years. one of my fave strains by far. I have some fugu kush hopefully I find some nice blowfish dom phenos. It was the first real good kind I had when moving to michigan

When Dutch Flowers first released Blowfish many years ago a 10 pack of regular seed was like $600 USD I currently have some packs and am growing it. I LOVE the Narcotic Thumping High and can honestly say this will be in my garden forever (or until I get sick of it) lol. Heres a description from a World Class Breeder:

Lol, when was that? Wonder if that herb came from my garden or one of my friend's spots.

Geez, chocolate trip, theres a clone I had when I was a novice grower that I wish I had back now. Out of this world smoke.

Lol. There's a good chance it came from me or one of my friend's production gardens for sure if you are in metro Detroit area. Especially if youre on the east side. I've got some pics on another site. I'll see if I can find them and upload them here, as I have to keep the accounts separate for security purposes.
