Bloom Booster or just use a High dose of the 3-part Bloom nute?

I have no experience with Bloom Boosters. In the past I just used a mixture of powdered grow and bloom nutes to change my NPK ratio at certain points during a grow. This grow I'm using liquid 1-part grow and flower but the NPK ratio would be way off if I mix them. Both 1-parts are low in P and high in K. Are Boosters just PK with some magnesium? If so can I just buy a cheap bottle of Bloom from a 3-part line and use it at 2-3 times the standard strength?

Basically, yes. That's what it is.

PK boosters and bloom use mono-potassium phosphate, sometimes buffered with potassium hydroxide (which causes the K to be higher).

You may as well just get mono-potassium phosphate. (NPK 0-52-34)

Cool, Thanks. I think a bottle of Jungle Juice Bloom is $8-9 @ my local garden store. Only have a small grow so a pre-mix makes more sense IMO but a 1lb of MPK to mix would probably last me several lifetimes. LoL
