blood tangie stunted, genetics?

Out of all the ladies in my tent this one seems to be the only one not branching out. or filling up nicely only thing i can really relate this to would be genetics. i also speculate that shes not getting the light to groq because she is to bushy anywayAny input is welcome
setup
vegging indoors with 8 led bulbs
foxfarms with amendments
watering with molasses n liquid sea weed no need to ph

Looks fine to me. Some strains veg slower than others and some respond differently to topping/training.
