Damn, sounds like they took a page from Harper's Canadian attempt at limiting (in Harper's case Eliminating) growing your own meds. Fortunately for many here, the Supreme Court of Canada gave a favourable decision for patients, allowing the status quo for probably around a year while the expected government appeals get heard again. The challenge here was based on our constitution and affordability/access to meds. I've stayed under the radar and away from any government sponsored plans, when this new system was coming into place, Health Canada actually threatened to give our Mounties a list of grow operations if they didn't follow their destruction/confirmation process, a-holes, they're all a-holes and hypocrites, fuck'em all, I'll grow under the radar until it becomes fully legalized, get forced to (aka jailed), or kick it, whichever comes first...

Honestly , at this point I wish i never did enter the program bc they will have access to all my documented info aka residence and all that good stuff to the police....fuckin shame.....there is an opposition but i don't know if the patients will be heard or if it will rule in favor of the dispensaries....All up to the court fingers crossed.

I feel like this is going to be the move they start making on a grand scale, include personal cultivation in bills to get the support then cut it out not long after. You mark my words they will be trying to get rid of pers cult in colorado by the end of the year for one reason or another, whether it be deemed "danger to community" or whatever scape goat tactic they choose. Sad but I am a realist through and through so I just try to keep it real. For what it is worth coco I hope you stick around, really like watching your grows, your cmh experience has got me looking at those lights and hoods.

Yeah, it is, hopefully there's enough opposition, I'm not directly involved in the fight because of the hypocrisy in being a "pot head", would not be good for my business, but I do support one group financially to keep the legal wheel turning against these bastards. It's all about the pharma industry money wheel, no doubt about it, makes me sick even thinking about it. We have a drug with essentially no side effects, fighting against an industry that prides itself if the side effects are "minimal" (you know, like you don't die right away, slowly is Ok, even preferred). $%#^

Yes, pharma industry backs and promotes anyone who wants to do away with DIY Medical Marijuana. The idea is to wean us into there financial system so we can pay tax and maybe it will become a pill with some artificial additives just for side affects. It's all B.S.
