best way to ship??

I agree, if you HAVE too and I wouldn't, use USPS and just go good ole first class mail.

This brings back a memory of when I was MUCH younger and the only weed to be had in town was called Downy. Hmm, ok, whats in a name, its weed right? Well, apparently whoever shipped it into town was worried about the smell and packed it in with Downy or some other fabric softener! It not only smelled like Downy it tasted like it to, NASTY!!!!!!

As a former employee of UPS the first question I asked in training was "how to you detect drugs or illegal substances?" They told me unless they smell it or it breaks open there is no way. This is only within the USA. As for customs..... I have no idea.
