best time to harvest for smell and flavour

has anyone noticed if once plants are ready to bw harvest and say lights on would be say 6am would it bw better to harvest during when the plant would usually be sleeping so any water or crap would be released down towards roots as im sure plants are in a routine by this time and may affect the length of dry times smell and flavour or am I just talking crap help me

I dont think it really would make a noticeable enough difference to harvest with lights on/off but id imagine 6am(right before lights come on) would be best. Im about to harvest my 2nd crop ever and one thing i learned from that was to not chop them down after 3 days drying out without water but rather this time im going to make very sure to water 2 hours before I harvest so that they take 5 days to dry instead of 2-3, that will probably make a HUGE difference
