Best time in plant's day to water/feed?

I have some healthy ladies in week 4 of flowering. Is it better to water/feed at the start of their photoperiod or at the end? Or does it matter? I run my fans 30 min on / 30 min off during the photo period because I'm using a CO2 boost bucket in my enclosure which is 2 X 4 X 6 with 8 t5 HO's and supplemental cfl's. During lights out I run the fans continuously. Just mentioning the fans cause they may have an affect on how the plants handle moisture. Fans are a 4" inline sucking through a carbon filter exhausting out the top of the box and 2 clip ons inside the box for keeping air moving. Passive inlet at box bottom. Temps fluctuate between 80 to 95 during the photoperiod.

Thanks very much

I usually water within a couple hours of lights on. From what I've read the plant does most of it's eating and drinking with lights on. Just my opinion.

Werd. Very descriptive post. Thank you. Lol. And I concur I always water at lights on. But I have a slight concern. What strain is it. Some can handle those temps and ur diy c02 may help as well. But at 95 they must be crawling? Check out kasless.org I found an ac on there for free just had to drive 40 miles.

yep, I share your concern about the 95 hi. however, the 95 is reached at the end of a 30 min fan off period. Fans come on and the tem goes back to the low to mid 80's quite quickly. Also, my thermometer is located above my T5's and cfl's so the heat in the canopy is probably lower. I'm open to changing the fan cycle which is purely in place to support the CO2 bucket which is really not a DIY but rather a product that has a pump and I run tubing to the canopy. I think it's based on mushroom compost or some such thing. Seems to work well though. Plants are Barney's Farm Blue Cheese. Thanks, H.

thats very true(good info cph).
water your plants when the lights are switched on or when the sun is up.
as cph said you dont have to do it as soon as the lights come on wait a couple of hours or untill you are ready and water in the morning and not before lights out.

LUDA.

It doesn't matter, just water whenever it is convienent for you or whatever makes you feel better. You are just overthinking things similiar to the lines of trying to figure out exactly how much to water in ounces or millillitres. As long as the plants are green and growing you shouldn't have anything to worry about. I know you are probably just trying to see if you can improve things to optimize further but somethings don't make too much difference.
