Best store to buy florescents? What kind do I need?

Hello everyone, I'm going to be purchasing some new florescents today, and was wondering if this type is alright. Heres the stats: 48" long, 2450 lumens for each tube, two tubes per fixture. Color temperature is 5850 kelvin, color rendering index is 93 (sun:100). Is that good enough if I have three fixtures with two tubes each for vegatative growth? Also, does it matter if it's name brand like agrosun or whatever? Or would the home depot brand be the same if it says the stats are the same? Any help with this would be MUCh appreciated, thanks!

those are closest to perfect I've seen yet. If Home Depot has tubes of the same color specs or very close and the same lumen output or close then they'll be fine. A 6 tube setup would be great for veging. You wouldn't need all of them running for seedlings to start though.
