Saturate hands with industrial strength goof off and let sit for 15 minutes, ignore the burning sensation. Wipe hands off with towel.

Alright here is a way to get that resin off your fingers with easy home supplies, Use a bit of veg, or olive oil, rub about a tablespoon into your hands for about 30 seconds, then after you have gotten it all over your hands or wherever the oils and Resin is, then Use lukewarm water not hot not cold, before running your hands under it, Put a bit of dawn in your hands rub it all over it will turn white, then rinse if off, the sticky icky will wash right off.
I use that method all the time works great.
Another one is to use, Peanut butter lol I know crazy hey.

You could also try baby wipes, I still find it hard to believe we use those on babies. Try and clean an old toy with sugar soap, when you think you cleaned it, give it a wipe with a baby wipe, it returns to its shop colour. Heck, I even clean silicone off my hands with it when I repair aquariums.
