MacGuyver, I think it is against site rules to link to another forum but on Icmag there is a 108 page thread called 'Colorado House Bill 1284' where Edson was posting and pushing for passing 1284. He was saying things like all caregivers that grew in their home were operating illegally because according to him it is illegal to operate a business from your home (which is BS), talked about how dangerous growing in a house is, he also has posted more than once on Matt Browns facebook page talking about how great 1284 is. Edson worked directly with CMMR who was the driving force behind 1284. He has said many times how great 1284 will benefit patients. The truth is 1284 benefits people like him and who he represents, people like Wanda James and Josh Stanley. I suppose if you're for 1284 then you might not have a problem with him.
As far as this lawsuit you mentioned goes, it is about what the state is doing with the patient application fees, correct? None of these attorneys, including Corry, are doing anything about the constitutionality of 1284. It seems they have all sold out and followed the money, which is representing dispensaries and to hell with caregivers.
