You are so crazy, I love it. You've gone from no residue period, to almost none, to 99%, to 90%. lol. I'm still unclear on what your % numbers mean btw. I'm aware that solvent-less has tested as high, if not higher than solvent for thc content. It really isn't about the raw numbers btw, I buy all my stuff based on smell and flavor.

Maybe 5-10% was a lil high, I was just ball-parking based on my experience, I don't claim to have the best ever, just the best avail to me. I've had a bunch of different stuff from all over, sometimes it leaves very little, sometimes a bit more, but always something left behind.

I'm not arguing that your stuff is not fire, but I damn sure know that no dry sieve is 99% thc and leaves absolutely zero residue behind. It's simply not possible. The essential oils are inside of waxy shells that do not melt completely away.

Maybe you use it in such small dabs the residue goes unnoticed? Take some of your hash, pancake it in some parchment, put as much as you can on a 60 wire Ti screen and melt it on an enail. I promise you there will be residual left over on the screen.

You brought up that any full melt would be 5-10% residue, not me.

Nobody is denying that.

Nobody said 99% thc. 99% pure will yield a 55% ish thc product with a dry sift. That's been tested in a lab, something most people never do with their own oils or hashes.

As I said, next to none. I've been making this sift for 12 years and have made plenty of good products otherwise.

It melts to basically nothing, just like a fantastic iwe.

It's funny cuz I've many concentrate makers, including solvent-less, all agree that you can't do anything about the shells. Came up in the dabs of Denver panel at the cup even, and again, censuses is that fullmelt means ALMOST nothing left.

I guess you are the magic man that can put any strain through a magic screen and extract tric heads with shells that magically melt into pure delicious vapor. Forgive me oh grand one!!!

All bow down and buy his products, oh wait you can't because there is a giant conspiracy against him. lol.

I said I can get it 100%? Where?

Is this what you're gonna do now since you can't give us all what lpi I should be using instead of mine? I'm still waiting for that one btw.

Thanks for ruining my thread!!!!!!!!!

just playing do as yall wish lol

i always notice a very small amount of residue from what i have made...
still very melty and burns on a nail but it always leaves something IME
im fine with that....it isn't much at all

unfortunately i haven't had the chance to try any IWE in my days other than a batch that was far from full melt, but i would imagine even the best around right now still leaves something

It will always leave a tiny bit if it's the best of the best, but this dude seems to think 5-10% is typical lol. Aye.

I had a friend in Denver today buy a 90u 'full melt' g for 40 damn bucks.. didn't melt almost at all. Lol.

People be gettin' 3rd and 4th runs and still paying for it.. that's not how it should be in my opinion.

If you're going to label something as full melt.. it better be.

ok
I think that's all he was getting at
he said it was all ball park estimate, maybe not the best estimate
but I understood what he meant...

oh id be pissed...hopefully that isn't what my friend is dealing with
I told him to find somewhere that sells essential extracts, so he should be ok

Whoa, I'm not in Pueblo, and I'm not” hating” on anything.

I state the facts brother.

The underground hash is much much better than the 2nd 3rd run shit they put on the shelf.

All the ” fiyah” will be pocketed by the ” budtenders”...

The patients get raped by paying 40-55-60$ for a gram of micro-planed unfinished hash? That won't even fucking bubble let alone melt.

I've had MANY different batches of EE, and just one time did the shit bubble.

Even the meh water hash made underground is way better than dispensaries.

Al, I don't understand why you take it personally when I shit on dispensaries??

They are the root of evil in my book....greedy , money hungry entrepreneurs...

You think they care about you?
They don't bro...they care that you bring your wallet when you come in and spend your hard earned cash on sub-par product.

Don't take this as an attack bro, you seem to take shit personally then lash out at people.

I've seen you contribute good info here, so you ARE an asset to the community..

Seriously, take this with a grain of salt.

No where in Denver do they have True Activated Hashish ...

I don't care about the melt....I care about the TASTE...

Taste and aromatics aka Terpenes.

You ain't gonna find stuff like this in dispensaries.

Check out the inside

^ That my friend is Top Notch Hashish.

Find me Hashish in A Denver Dispensary that equals the quality above...

I'll send you a 50$ bill.

And brother?..don't you grow?

Wtf? Are you wasting your cash in dispensaries?put that money into your grow my friend!!

Then you can make your own Hashish...
Peace

And when Mnh says 99.9% he is speaking of purity of ONLY resin heads.

Not 99% THC.

I'd also like to point out this ” waxy membrane” taste found in 85% of hash on the shelves.

This taste bothered me as well...but the PRESSED hashish does not embody that ” stalk” flavor..

Rather floral and much much tastier than MY BEST shatter.

The Key is to bust the membrane open to develop a large mass of resin glands that rupture and stick to themselves while pressing.

Press it 3 times thoroughly, balling up and doing the inside and outside into an even mass.

Flatten with heat, ball up and repeat.

It takes work and passion to make good Hashish.
Have a great night bro...

Maybe take a valium before posting
;)
Lol

Something a large majority of dispensaries are not willing to do.

Exactly.. ^^ There is a reason I was getting 100/g. all day for my sift. People have absolutely zero idea it can be this good on average, nor have most ever tried anything even close to compare.

When I see dry sifts for 20bucks a g. I laugh.. when you ask them if it melts, they look at you funny... yes it's about flavor and terpenes and all that, but if you're looking to get stoned, then a melty anything should do the trick, whether or not you're missing a few important pieces.. if I or anyone else has to spend 40-60 bucks a g. for 3rd run bullshiit that is called full melt when it's not, then the clubs aren't doing their jobs.

All they're doing is bs'ing about what came in through the doors, not what was actually PUT ON THE SHELF.

That doesn't happen in Nor.Cal as often.. people are greedy. Grams aren't 70 bucks.. sacks of herb aren't 80 fucking dollars.. lol.. But we're not making any money!!! lmfao.. ooooook sure

You are right Dsw..

I re-read my post about ..

”I don't care how it melts”..
” Taste is much more important to me”

I should've phrased that a little more in detail.

Yes, the melt factor is super important and indicative of a of a quality product.

I should've said that the taste/flavor and aroma is more important to me personally than how well the hash melts.

That being said, when one has experienced a TRUE FMCD hit, the taste and melt correlates.....

Bottom line....a FMCD hit is the epitome of cannabis concentrates.

NOTHING tastes better IMO.

I just get frustrated seeing SICK patients, going to dispensaries and spending their cash on sub-par meds, not knowing any better.

Because, people glorify dispensaries, making them seem as they care about ” medicine”

Sadly, the underground community is MUCH MUCH more medicinal and caring than any dispensary I've ever been to.
The sad part being, underground is hard to find the right group of people.

Water of course. More accurately known as a ”Simple Solvent”

Hehe
.........

I typed a bunch of comments and deleted.

I know where this is going.

Disagree. Under the microscope I have shots from 1st to 8th runs on the same trim and the difference is less than 5%.

Same technique I always use and it still yields well.

But you most certainly are talking about a few grammes at a time I would bet never more than 5 and more around 1 to 2.
I really can't wait to show off what Afghanis do, instead of putting so much energy/time/stress in your technique you should instead produce hashish and burn it at every occasion you have. It is the only way, I would know it because that was my position 4 years ago. My 20 + years traveling in producing countries were good referrals but it is by having people actually smoke pressed resin that I could have them understand the difference.
You are all anal on cleanliness and microscope pics which is fine but what type of quantity are we talking, sometimes (most of the time) it feels like you are collecting resin to take pictures and that's about it, like there is never a smoke report as if it is secondary.
You are only collecting resin and it is only 25% of a process that is possibly ten of thousand of years old. You really should check the other 75% if you want one day to compare to legendary hashish like the Royal nepalese Temple Ball, Red Lebanese, Mazar, Malana cream; the list is long

The scope shots are to show that the trick works, that's all. Dry sifting to me was never about getting 100% of the resin out in one run.. but to be able to run the same material over and over and still acquire high grade product.

I've made oz's at a time using this method in a few hours. Sure it takes time to run that amount of material, but it is what it is. Most people are doing this for personal reasons and obviously this is great for that. 10-15 seconds to achieve ~10% yield isn't horrid I don't think. Maybe i'm crazy haha.
