Best dyna gro recipe for Coco during flowering

I'm only worried about flowering. Veg is no issues.

I see SO many decent recipes using dyna gro nutes and it seems tricky to pinpoint the best one with all the variables. I see just FP being used all the way through and even just the grow. Or a mix, but at what ml's per gallon?
Going forward I am using coco as my medium. But I do have 1 last run in a DWC as well.
600w lamp
Using protect every watering. I have bottle of the Foliage pro, Grow, and bloom.

For the coco:
Seems like I should mix the grow and bloom. But what ratio? And what should I lower the amount of if I notice yellowing or anything you guys go by? I'm week 1 of flower now in coco and want to switch from lucas to dyna gro.

For the DWC:
I'm using just the bloom right now in week 3 and seems to be ok. But there is some underlying issues with my dwc that's caused me to switch to coco going forward.

I've been using the grow, bloom, etc for a while but have my first plants down using FP only start to finish. They are about 3 weeks into flower and I have to say, look better than the others. For some reason they stretched more early flower than I was expecting, but I don't think that was the cause.

Like any nute, I start out at about 1/2 the rec dose and see what happens. Then I work my way up. So those plants just a few minutes ago got their feed with 4 ml/gal. Prior had been 3. Bottle says 5....

I think I will be sticking with the FP. Trying to decide now whether to use the ProTekt with it in the future.

Thank you. I just came across this Q&A session with the CEO from dyna-gro. Funny thing, he recommends FP and Protekt for growing cannabis and I've got to stick with what he said. He says 1 tsp of FP should do it and put the ppm's around 600.
Check out his session(the damn radio guy talks too much though):

Unless you have beneficial microbes in your coco the % of ammoniacal nitrogen in the FP is useless to your plants.

on that note i would add a myco supplement to your coco. I grow in peet (very similar to coco) and found that the fungi are key for enhancing nutrient uptake and making for bigger denser buds.

Correct. Something has to break down the ammoniacal nitrogen first before your plants can use it. And this also takes a bit of time so, again the nitrogen won't be usable by your plants right away. Ammoniacal nitrogen is best used in microbe rich soil.

add some protek to that. great results, saw an immediate improvement when I started using it.
I forgot to add that I use protek also along with some other things. I even add FP to my House and Garden Cocos A&B. The reason was because I was using their feed calculator and My Diesel strain was still turning yellow.Started adding FP and it stopped. I might do a side by side with it VS House and Garden cocos. Not sure how I will work out the ratios though... Hmmm

When using mycos in coco, do you need to add molasses or something similar to feed them? What about if it's in a hempy bucket that's a coco/perlite mix?

At the end of flower it is recommended to use a simple carb (like blackstrap) to keep the beneficials thriving. It is far from necessary but helps with nutrient uptake when the plant is late in flower. I use Sugar Daddy, but it i far from necessary.
