So here is the Berry today. Confirmed female. Bueno. I'll start misting this girl soon. This time I'll mist a few lower branches instead of the whole damn plant. I started bending her to fit in the CFL cab. Most likely she will stay under the 400 with the others until I start seeing things happening then she gets isolation.

i was reading this thread what does hempy mean?
They are Hempy buckets. Just a different way to grow because I was getting tired of dirt. I guess you can call it a drain to waste. What I did was cut a few 5 gallon buckets in half and tossed the top part so I now have 2 1/2 gallon pots. Then drilled a 5/8" hole 2 inches up from the bottom of the bucket in the side. Then filled the bucket with 100% perlite. Pop your plant in the middle and you're set. I water with 1 gallon of nuted water about every 4-5 days or when they fill light.

The idea is the roots hit the bottom of the bucket and sit in the nuted water. Then every time you water it's replacing a good amount of the previous watering. As the water fills up, it overflows out of the 5/8" hole and at the same time draws air in from the top.

I do this in a plastic tub. When the water stops coming out of the hole, I take the bucket out and it goes back under the light and I discard the overflow.

You can use any size bucket. A lot of people use a medium of vermiculite and perlite.

Ok. This is Day 1.

I was going to hit two branches and decided on just the one I'm pointing to upper left. That should produce plenty of pollen. It's a nice branch coming up from down low. The red area is where I misted and did my best to isolate just this branch. I misted it, fed it, and put her back under the 400 with the others.

KoolBloom is ment as a finisher stacker .......it will trigger the plant to die off way to soon
there are two kinds of kool bloom, with two different npk ratios and two
different applications.

the powder, which is what you are referring to, is a 2-45-28 that causes
the plants to finish faster because of a stress response. you would use
it in weeks 7 and 8 on a 9 week flowering variety.

the liquid, which OP is using, is 0-10-10 and is used from the start of 2nd
week of flowering through the sixth week on a 9 week strain. i would stick
with the liquid and forgo the powdered kool bloom for an autoflower.

I'll try and take some before it gets dark. I'm such a dumb ass. There are two AKRs pretty close in age in there. I should have used it as recommended on one of them to see the difference.

Oh well. I'll start adding it to this girl and see what happens.

the stuff i used was in the kit
http://www.amazon.com/General-Organics-FloraSeries-Performance-Pack/dp/B008OJY94M
that whole product line did great for me except that stuff .........on auto flowers it is no good the reaction i had to it happened only when that was added to it .......since i removed it from the grow feeds it gone away

i do not know what does it i just know it finishes the plant way to quick the hairs red up and the resin production is stunted ........the over all amount is lowered ......it might be a great thing for photos but not for autos

i stick to my statement do not use this on your autos the reaction u will have well the whole point in growing is the resin the plant material means nothing other then a place for the glands to form and collect on ..........it hurts u in the amount and power

Ok. This is Day 20 +/- a day.

Still misting that left branch. Nothing is happening yet so I didn't get a close up. I have a day or two of misting left in the bottle. Then we wait. Currently the left branch I'm misting looks like the others.
