Sweeeeeeeet. Ya my AKRs are only 5-6". I'm currently collecting pollen from the Berry. Damn. I think you got me on the BKRs. lol

I'm ready to start the CS on one of the AKRs. It's at 17 ppm. Well, maybe not quite yet. They are still a bit young

Yes, I bought a $15 TDS meter.

When I was out "there" I took a few pics. Everything is in a 1 gallon pot/grow bag. Now under a 600.

AKR - freak

COC - 12/12 fs girl. @dream2003 Smells identical to the smaller leaf plant. It's getting there.
3.png

In the back are 2 Berry Ryders. AKRs x 4 in the front. Just to the left front is the COC. That's my room. I also have a cab with the Berry dropping pollen far away.

Hanging COC. Smells soooo good.

Here are the two Berrys. Growing crazy in the 1 gallons even though light is on 12/12. Got a photo COC ready to come down within the week then lights go 20/4 since everything left will be autos.

4_27_15 2 berrys.png These are the first 2 autos for me that will go from seed to harvest under the new 600. Unfortunately started on 12/12. Also have the 4 preflower AKRs in there.

- Still collecting pollen from the TM'd Berry Ryder under cfls.

- Today started germing a few Sour60s.

Those BR's grow faster than anything i've ever seen. Plus the stems and stalks are super strong....looking good now they'll really start to take off!!!
woot woot...

I see this question pop up frequently. "What is a fool proof plant for a noob on his first grow?" Honestly I have to say either AKR or Berry Ryder. I am getting nearly 100% germ rate on both. They LST well. Harvests are nice. Smoke is great. They both are ok starting out in FFOF. Take nutes well. Grow fast. Just sayin.

Can't wait to see how BKR performs. :hump:

Made some of this for the first time. Just finished up. Thanks for the idea @tekdc911. Is this done? Look right? Made from COC stems, lil nugs, sugar leaves which filled a jar about the size of the below jar. 91%

After everything got scraped together = 1.1 g
looks like the snot i make :D if you do a quick wash its clearer like a amber the true:weed: test is to put heat to it

Sounds like everything is going well.

When do you plan on starting your spraying, and what is the final ppm for your CS?

Do you have any more advanced breeding plans, for further generations of anything, or are you just making crosses with whatever you have on hand?

I should have explained what I did.

1. Loaded up a jar with stems, sugar leaves, popcorn...ect
2. Poured the 91% over it and capped it.
3. Shook it pretty good for 30 sec.
4. Poured it into another jar with a coffee filter.
5. Once filtered, poured that onto a plate with a fan blowing on it.
6. Scraped it together. That's it. Maybe scraped too early? It was dry and sticky.

Here is what I really want to do. I figured out how to make"honey sticks" last night. Was wondering if I could heat up some bee honey and add the above tar heroin  to it. Then seal in straw doses for when I can't vape or toke.

Anyone Anyone........

you would need to " decarb " it ...... its just a low temp bake that breaks the cannabanoids down and makes the body absorb it easier .... not sure on temp but its real low i wanna say like 220-240F or somethin cant remember off the top of my head

Cannabis Oil
  1. Place heat proof container of cannabis oil into a cooking oil bath (canola oil works well). Heat cooking oil to 121C/250F.
  2. Stir cannabis oil to break up bubbles.
  3. Remove cannabis oil from heat when bubble formation starts to slow down — or leave on heat until all bubbles stop for increased sedative effect.

copy and pasted like a pro..........bongsmilie

Decarboxylation Methods:

Flower / Buds
  1. Preheat your oven (see table above). Use an oven thermometer to check the temperature.
  2. Break down the large buds with your hands
  3. Distribute evenly across the pan
  4. Place in the oven
  5. Check on it after 20, 30 and 40 minutes (don't open the door fully)
  6. Make sure it's toasting evenly
  7. After 40 minutes it should be done - golden brown

Keif/Hash
  1. Preheat oven (see table)
  2. Sprinkle hash/keif on pie plate, cover with silver foil and crimp foil along edge of plate. Place sealed dish in oven for (see table).
  3. Remove plate and let it cool down slowly without removing cover to allow any vapors to reabsorb into cannabis.

Boiling Bag method:
  1. Place the cannabis flower/keif/hash into a boilable cooking pouch. Seal it.
  2. Place in boiling water for 90 minutes. Make sure water does not boil dry.
  3. Take bag out of water. Let it slowly cool before opening.

there is the rest of the write up from some cooking website or ebook or whatever it was

Wuz up Hazy? I have too many plans and not enough rooms.

I need to put off the CS on the AKR this round.

The only cab available has a Berry Ryder in it dropping pollen and flowers everywhere. This pollen will be applied to pistils of an AKR. This AKR will then occupy that cab since the same pollen is all over the damn place in there anyway.

When this ^^^ mess is done and all cleaned up, I will self an AKR again in the cab with CS.

Here is that cab. It's now 60' way away from my main room.

3_6_15c.jpg

I also have a 6'x6'x6' room with a 600 in there. (It's backed up to this cab in the pic). Inside are 2 Berry Ryders and 4 AKRs. Reminds me - need to start another 2-3 Berrys.

Advanced breeding plans - I don't really have any. Just producing my own seeds to get a good supply for myself and to share with others. I will never buy a cannabis seed again.

Actually BKR will be my first cross. The AKR I chose to take the Berry pollen has some hairs starting to pop out. From What I understand, as long as the hairs are white they will take the pollen. I'll wait a few weeks. Appears to be a big window for pollinating.

Plus this round of AKR and BR ready for harvest!!! Will be a busy weekend chopping down and trimming.
Dumpster on it' way next. Then pineapple express clones coming on slowly..Got from good buddy up north but they had spider mites....i'm keeping totally separate for a while..did eliminate all signs of mites though finally on pineapple xpress. probably would of been easier to start from seed then trying to hang on to two measly sorry ass clones.

I need to mix it up some more but don't have any more choices for seed stock. Plan to make a purchase from seed banks soon. got big wish list.
