I made a cheesecake yesterday and i was half way through making a berry crisp today and thought id try something new.i usually put the berries, sugar, corn starch in the bottom of an 8 by 8 pan and then top with the flour, sugar, oat topping, but i have some cheesecake filling left and im going to put some cheesecake filling in the bottom, bake for 10 minutes, then add the berries and the topping last, kind of an upside down cheesecake.im lust about to put it in the oven for the first 10 minutes... .ill post the results.

Sorry,no cannabis in this recipe...lol

I dont really have a recipe....for the berry crisp its 6 cups of fresh or thawed fruit,1/3 cup suger,4 tbsp cornstarch, mix and set aside.then mix 1 cup of flour,1/3 cup each of brown sugar and white sugar,2 packets of oatmeal(1/2 cup),1/2 cup of melted butter, mix till coarse balls appear, set aside,

Pour 3 cups of cheesecake filling in an 8x8 pan,put pan on a baking tray and fill tray with water.bake for 12ish minutes.take out and let cool for 10 minutes,
While you do that take the berries and strain of liquid(do this before you add cornstarch, but after you add the sugar.
Once strains carefully spoon all on top of the half cooked cheesecake and evenly add the flour/oatmeal mixture, spread even...i only use 2/3 of the mixture.
Put back on pan in bath on middle oven rack and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Hers a link for the cheesecake....i used 2/3 of it to actually make a cheesecake then used the rest on the crisp.ilk include a link to a cheesecake recipe, you can just use 1/3 of the ingredients listed and follow directions to mix.that should be a perfect amount of filling

Enjoy!
