Bent stem

Hey guys, need a little help here.. I left my plant for a day (not to big) and something manage to bend the stem at the Bend its started going purple a day later any advice will do thanks. Newbiee

One other detail is that my plant has started to bend in the direction of light, it is a young plant about 3 months

As for the injury you can splint it with string or tape or whatever.
You might be fine leaving it alone as I bend the shit out of mine. But with purpose.
if you are worried unbend it a bit n support it for a while

Normally unless the stem is completely severed, the plant recovers with no issues. I will 'train' my indoor grows of unruly girls by actually folding over the stalks and forming knuckles at the bends. A ;little B&D goes a long ways.
