Bad rams horn and freckles, HELP ME PLEASE

420 ppm seems awful low but I'm open and listening to all suggestions since I just changed nutes can I just add some ph balanced water to bring my ppm down to around 400?

This morning they where looking horny again gonna drop nutes down to 400-420 for sure these plants are like hyper sensitive to nutes for some reason driving me nuts gonna try for some root pics today camera has been acting up too just my luck

I diluted nutes down to 470ppm but they dont want to drop any lower the last couple gallons i added didnt seem to lower ppm any kind of wierd
