Bad bud

I bought some cheap bud, that smelled kinda off, from a dispensary. I thought it might come around with some jar time.

I decided to try some, and rolled a joint. I noticed a hair sticking out of the end of the joint.

Long story short, upon microscopic inspection, I noticed the ounce of bud is covered with hair.

Not plant type hair, but hair with roots.

Put the dispensary on blast. Which one f'd you over with crap meds? I would actually call them and complain.

There is no excuse for this dispensary industry putting out crap meds. They all clearly had the funds to get their name in the dispensary lottery, and they have raked in $40 million in a year when all dispensaries were not operating at full capacity. There should never be any kind of mold on your medicine nor seeds in your buds. That's like turning a blind eye to finding a scrap of metal in your prescribed, pill form medications. Companies get sued when quality control fails like that.

Yeah, I'm pretty grossed out, and pissed off about it.

The hairs are really fine, I'd guess cat hair.


I'm gonna pay 'em a visit tomorrow, and try to do an exchange.




What pisses me off, is the law here in Arizona won't allow me to grow my own meds.

The way I see it, if the state is going to force me to purchase medication from their state sanctioned dispensaries, they need to accurately test for mold, moisture content, bugs, bug poop, pesticides, and/or any other shit that ain't supposed to be there... LIKE FUCKING CAT HAIR-

After some research, I guess some of the hairs I'm seeing are mold, fungus, bacteria, or some other nastiness.

I broke open one of the bigger buds, saw white patches, and the ammonia odor is getting worse-

Definitely toxic...

I want to talk to the dispensary first, before I name them publicly, or file a complaint. I've been fairly happy with them up until now.

Hopefully they do the right thing, give me a no hassle exchange, and pull that strain from their stock-

If you want decent bud without high dispensary prices, use the p2p network.I am on the far west side now. West valley patients can hit me up.

I must admit, that dispensary replaced the herb, and their quality has improved. I picked up a mid priced haze cross that worked great-

But paying $250 an ounce gets old.

What dispensary is offering up $250 ounces?!? I have rarely seen anything under the $300-350 range.

I don't want people on here thinking I'm connected in some way... so I don't want to name any specific dispensary. But I will say this, sniff all the lower priced offerings. Sometimes you'll find a diamond in the rough. :leaf::-P

I went tonight after work. Been wanting to check it out for some time. Overall impressed. Didn't get much, just a gram of Durban Poison but it's fire. I'll be back this week.

Dispensary tests are all BS. They are all required by the law to list the ingredients/ additives which I am pretty sure means nutrients.... Anyways none of them adhere to the guidelines about testing or quality.
and alot of times it's preweighed while its still wet so ..
