After growing in promix for a decade or so with AN, House and Garden, Canna and every other nute company you can think of i thought i would try something different. So for 2 grows I used cheap blue powder fertilizer from home depot..its the canadian version of peters jacks classic. I used 20/20/20 through veg and first 2 weeks of bloom then 15/35/15 till the end. I was told i would have a calcium def using blue powder so i used to add lime to my promix but didnt add any lime last grow and there was no cal def.
My plants are fine and just as frosty and potent as ever, the quality and yield is the same as its always been. The difference is i spent $9 on ferts in stead of $200.
I cant believe i fell for all the hype and advertising..after all its a special plant so it must have special food right ??? SUCKER !!!..I figure that line of thinking cost me a lot of money over the years.
It really does go to show you people are just sheep.
