I have spidermites from HELL!! Aza Max works wonderful on the soil, the instructions say you can in DWC, I tried and had a BADDD result, that was with Aza Max, now they have Aza sol too, It's the non-slime formula I guess. Who out there has tried Aza Max or now Aza sol in DWC and had a good result. How do you do it??

It's too late for ladybugs and chemicals except Liquid Ladybug pretty much (not really chemical). I did give them a bath before I turned lights to 12/12 cycle. These plants are monsters now...... MONSTERS! I even tried Co2 poisoning, the Sentry Controller will let me raise it to where I need it to be to work. I think I have tried it all except Predator Mites...... really expensive and takes maybe 3 wks to work. What else people, what else!!

Bubble bucket user here. You can put some aza max in the res but like nutes, way less then they recommend.

You should really get a hold of them in VEG.

My spider mite problem was out of control. It turned a 2 month grow into a 5-month Science project.

I tried everything from horticultural oil, to Neem oil, to spraying the plants off with a warm water bath, nothing worked. Except...

Cloning the mother, and making a light solution of AZA-Max and spraying the cuttings every day, and hand picking the eggs off and visible mites.

When you have mites in flowering, you are pretty much fucked.

I would go the Predatory mite route. You can order prdatory mites online and they will send you the eggs and then you basically plant them near the spider mite eggs and when they hatch they eat all the spider mites and when there are none left they eat eachother. Mites love to build immunities to shit.

I mix axamax and neem oil into a foliar spray, I apply once every 3 days for 4-5 applications during veg buy taking the whole plant out of the rez, I hold the plant upside down and drench the underside of the leaves then shake off the excess, flip it over and repeat. I haven't had a problem with them since.

its an old thread but yes. folks people do read them all the time to learn.

axamax works for almost everyone its a a somewhat pricey product but in ,my expiriences so far it works great to keep them away for atleast a week from each application, it is pureified neem (aziachtrin) and it is also does not irritate my hands or anything whatsoever..Its an organic product and i think anyone whos sketch on this stuff shouldnt even be breathing city air... because once u smell this shit u are like wow. its like chalkey and tangy sorta .. its not strong at all. I mostly use it as a soil drench.. this probably slows the plant down a little bit more.. but honetsly I dont really notice it slowing down. I like to use it. with less then the generla hydro reccomends on the bottle. but... more frequently. so if they say use 5 ml per gallon ide Use 3.. yet more frequently.. it will keep them away for atleast a week sometiems longer if the conditions arent favoreable for the mites. IT works good as a spray too ive used it both ways. It has pretty good knock down power as well mites defientley hate getting it on direct contact. Ive used it as a soil drench late in flower too and I really try not to but i havent noticed too much taste effects. its a great product highly reccomend.
