Autoflowers not flowering

I have 10 Nirvana Northern Lights Autos that are now 10 weeks old. All showed sex at around week 5-6 but have just grown tall from there. I have no flowers. I've heard these autos have taken longer than expected but 10 weeks and still only a few hairs shooting out between nodes.

I have a few Nirvana Blue Mystic Autos as well and they showed sex around week 3 and are flowering just fine. They are about 6 weeks from seed. Much smaller plants but much closer to what I expected to see with these autos.

Could i just have some normal photoperiod plants?

I have two other non autos that were planted with the NL autos. They were my freebies. The strains are Warlock and Motivation. They are veggin just fine however neither has showed sex They have been on 18/6 for the majority of their lives.

Nirvana pulled all or almost all of their autoflowering seeds for this reason, you must of got lucky with the ones that did work and they still had some of the working ones left of those strains. contact them about it. yeah, thats basically a photoperiod plant/s youve got there, flip to 12/12 when you want to flower. nirvana messed up big time apparently. Lots of people are pissed as hell. lol

I have 6 of them under a 600w HPS and 4 under a 400w MH
8 total plants under the hps and 6 under the Mh

How do you think this will effect my Blue Mystic autos? They are about 2 weeks into flowering.

im not sure to be honest, probally since they will be getting less light they will have less energy to grow with. the other *autos* wont flower without the 12 hrs of dark, so maybe you could move them into their own seperate area for 12 hours a day, like a dark closet with a fan or a dark room.

Accourding to Nirvana

Begin by making very sure that any problems you are experiencing with these strains are not due to grower mistakes! Common mistakes include:

- using nutrients intended for use in the vegetative period. If you're using these, the plant will not get the necessary nutrients to start producing flowers. Solution: switch to flowering nutrients immediately.
- using a 24/0 light cycle. The fact that auto-flowerers are not photo period dependent, like regular cannabis plants are, does not mean that being bathed in light 24/7 is right for them. Many growers make the mistake of thinking plants need to be exposed to light as much as possible to grow bigger, when the dark period is actually when plants use that built-up light energy to develop roots and leaves. (obviously, using a dark period also means far lower electricity bills and heat output). Solution: switch to an 18/6 or even 16/8 light cycle.
- using too high temperatures. Tying in with the issue above - if plants get too hot, flowering may be affected. Slightly lowering the temperatures simulates the ending of the growing season, thus stimulating flowering. Solution: carefully lower those temperatures.

The above should fix issues experienced with seeds from all good batches. If you believe you have received a bad batch, and you've tried the above solutions and still have problems, please contact us through the Help Desk and we will sort things out. If, on the other hand, you've been driven to panic over what someone wrote on a forum, we would urge you to verify that your growing conditions are correct with the help of the list above.

if they stay how they are just put them on a 12/12 they will flower it happend to me

just wondering, no offense meant, but are you trying to say you believe them? because you really shouldnt. all that shit they wrote about people growing wrong or doing something wrong is just that....total and utter bullshit. they are just trying to save their asses from their huge fuck up.

I've had a WoS Afghan Kush Ryder turn out to be non autoflowering and now a whole pack of Sagarmartha AK48s. I've emailed both breeders and got a replacement 3pk of AKRs for my one bad seed, and now Sagarmartha's sending me a replacement pack of the AK48s.

These forums kind of prove that people can fuck up. No cannabis plant receives 24 hours of light in nature and it's a bit of a leap of faith to assume they will behave normally in these conditions. Also I fail to see how a plant can produce fruit without phosphorous. Don't dismiss a point's merit by just calling it bullshit.

it would still start flowering and then get a phosphorus def., autoflowers are not photoperiod dependent, they do not require a dark period to start flowering. look at some of the grow journals around here and youll see, that wasnt just talking out my ass, i know what im talking about.

besides.....ive talked to at least 20-30 people who are having this problem w/flowering and the thing is these people are not doing anything wrong. Nirvana is full of shit that is whats causing the problems, look around once and youll see.

Gunna switch em to 12/12. They have gotten big so i really dont have any place to throw them for extra dark hours. the blue mystics are going to have to just suffer for a little bit. They are much smaller plants anyway I'm more concerned about the NL
