Autoflower Mazar + Moby Dick end of week 8 still producing only pistils not starting to form buds

Hello, as mentioned in the title currently I have in my growing room 2 plants Mazar and Moby Dick. The seeds are from last summer outdoor growing season some of the plants due to stress have produced seeds and I separate and collect 10-15 seeds. On 26-th of October I decided to germinate 4 seeds as there was free space in my grow room.. All 4 seeds popped up without problem after around 30 days they show their gender 2 of them were male so I remove them from the room. The other 2 female plants continued to grow without issues they become too big and look healthy. At the end of week 6 I have noticed manganese deficiency which was caused by high soil PH.. I don't know how but obviously I have done a mistake and the soil PH have raised to 7, which have been fixed asap after the problem was noticed... But now the plants are at the end of week 8 and they are still producing only pistils and did not starting to form buds.

My entire grow room is 4,50 m2 and I use 2,50 m2 growing space at the moment. I grow the plants in 11 liters pots in soil. At the moment in the room I use mixed led lights which are 200 wats COB samsung lm281b+ with 3k + 5k white 660 nm red IR and UV diodes + 240 wats blurple Niello M600 https://nielloled.com/products/niello-m600. The lights are placed 45cm. above the plants

Light schedule that I use were 24 h light with no dark period during week 6, then I switched to 20/4 light cycle.

I feed the plants with BioNova liquid nutrients according to the scheme given by the manufacturer dedicated for autoflower plants.

The room temperature is all the time between 21 and 24 degrees cesium and the relative humidity is 50-53 % rarely after watering it rises up to 55 %

What can be the reason that there are no signs for bud forming? Can it be root bound? Or genetic problems that keeps plants in pre flowering period? I was thinking also for transplanting in 25 liters pots and switch to 12/12 light cycle? ( BTW plants are 1.30 cm. high and continue to grow bigger)
But switching to 12/12 light cycle will cause maybe other issue as in the room I grow 8 other auto plants which are 25 days old and they are just starting to show their gender.. Please advice I am attaching picture of the plants as well.

Switch to 12/12. The autos which are a few weeks old have already benefitted a little from the additional light as they’re probably flowering now

Actually just looked again and those plants are massive. No way can they fit in that space once stretched.

If I were you I’d chop/super crop the big ones in half and flower in a week or so once the other autos have caught up

Yes, they are massive . but no problem I have space, the grow room project is still in progress and in several days I will be done and the space will be doubled so around 4. 50 Sq. meters growing space. Today I am putting the reflective foil at the walls and floor and I am done so no problems for space.. I just wonder if they really don't have the ruderail genetics and they are actually photo period..because cutting them in case of autoflower type will cause g stress.. Now they are 60 days old and still only white pistils and no signs of forming buds.

Looks like some weak genetics / irregular flowers. Long node lengths ( could be because of your lighting too. ) Lanky branches.
Flip them …. See if they need a kick into pants to push flowers.
Other plants ( autos ) may be impacted slightly with a drop in light cycle but they will flower regardless of light cycle.

I would worry about any extra stretch that will come from stretching phase. You will probably need to train them to control height.
(Supercrop)

If flowers that form look irregular after some time or no improvement - cull them.

Hello, yesterday I did the super crop, they are looking healthy and recovering from the stress. The other autos are starting to produce pistils so, after several days I will flip to 12/12 hours
