Which strain did you order? I can't give any advice but I'm also interested in growing outdoors autoflowering plants for my first grow.

I'm new to Autoflowers myself and this growing season I went with Heavyweight Fast and Vast. (from other peoples grow journals, the Heavyweight Fast and Vast has consistently pulled 4oz yields) From what I understand Auto's don't like to be transplanted and people always say to plant directly into the pot you're going to finish it in.. and also the bigger the pot the better. (I'd go with at least a 3 gallon pot) They also like light airy soil.. From what I've read, you need to go easy on the nutes and don't start feeding til at least the second to third week. Whatever strain you chose should tell you when they finish.. but from what I've been reading they normally take 7-10 days longer than what the breeder says.. sometimes longer. Hope this helps and that you have a great season!

Like he said for the most part.^^^^

I'm running some auto's outside this year for an early harvest. I've ran a few before inside and have finished them outside. The 1 extra piece of advice I have is to plan it so they are outside for your longest days of the year. Where I live they recommend june and july. I'm sure you've read where they like 18-20 hours of light a day. When you start dropping below to 12-13 you really see the difference in yeild.(I personally tested)
