Hello All,

This is my first grow and first grow smoke report so please bear with me. I learned so much from the RIU community i wanted to contribute as much as possible as well. I'll try to list all important info

Strain: Auto Northern Lights (vision)
Lights 90 watt led stealth set up
Soil: FFOF
Nutes: Fox farm trio

Grow: Growth of the plant was pretty easy. She was hardy and did well with my numerous beginner mistakes including temps into the mid 90s when in veg, not flushing the plant till 6 weeks, ect.

Yield: 3/4 of a ounce to a ounce (i don't have a scale) Considering the small space, weaker lights and mistakes i think thats probably decent

Smell and taste - I can't comment on this as the bud hasn't properly cured. It was dried for 3 days and is now in a Tupperware container. For now it smells a bit like hay.

High - Very fast hitting strong sedative indica type high. If you smoked too much of this stuff you'd be put down quick. I loaded my 1.5 times and had a pretty damn good buzz. Defiantly as good if not better than the local high quality street herb you get my part of the country. I would say this strain would be very good for someone needing pain relief or insomnia.

congrats on your first grow. i've grown several nl autos and you're right, they're really tough plants and can take a lot of abuse. great plant. nice buds you got! my avatar is from a nl auto from Nirvana.

@polo the don & bluesdad @Po boy Thanks man. I have a Vision seeds super skunk auto (feminized) being germinated right now. It was a freebie but i don't think it's a bad plant to grow for a beginner. It's supposed to be hardy, easy to grow, decent yield, ect. Basically beginner friendly. I'm also a bit of a fan of the classic strains. My thoughts on this go round is to plant 2 plants in smaller pots instead of one plant in a huge pot. I'm going to stagger the grows.

Ex plant 1 now and plant one 7 weeks from now so every few weeks i'm harvesting a new strain.

I love skunk. I'm an older guy and skunky weed takes me back to the "old days". Looks like you have a good plan to keep yourself with some smoke.
