I would slowly introduce nutrients maybe an 1/8 to a 1/4. Looks a little small for 4 weeks but looks good.

What is your set up like ? Are you growing hydro or soil? I generally feed feed then water. You can check out my grow, I'm doing an auto northern light that is getting close to harvest. I'm also doing my first grow so definitely not a pro.

This is also my first grow,so we're on the same page :hump:Your plant looks so good compared to mine  I'm growing it in multipurpose organic compost,I'm trying LST with mine and it seems to be working out. I'm using 3 23w cfls with 2700k each.I also have organic multipurpose plant feed which I'm hoping to start it off with.

Any reason why you're only using 2700k's for veg? They are generally used for the flowering stage. Other than that, looks like yours may be experiencing some unusual (retarded) growth. Hard to tell but looks small yet boasting a hefty stem at the same time lol.

Edit: I may be a bit stoned at the moment.

Sorry. I was seeing things earlier lol. It actually looks like you just have too much space between your nodes. Maybe grab 2-6500k bulbs and try bringing them a bit closer to the plant? I think she's stretching for some more light.

I think you're far enough along. Try giving some more slight and maybe half of that recommended dose. So 2.5 mL per for her first feeding!

So sorry I'm a complete noob. How does this work how often do i feed it,how much water do i mix with the nutrients. Is it looking like my yield will be small :(?

So most nutrients I have used get mixed by the gallon.
What size pot are you in? I would focus on getting more light to her at the moment!
I do a feed/water/feed schedule. Some do a feed/feed/water schedule. Basically you just want to water and flush the medium (soil) after every or every other feeding of nutrients. But without more light the nutrients aren't going to get you far and probably just burn the plant :(

That bottle looks like it says 5mL/per L for feeding. Start with 1mL per L and work your way up pending how the plant acts. If she starts to burn then back off.

So I feed it 1L everyweek? Unfortunately I might have to move it outside will it have any chance of growing outside in my Irish climate :/

Feed it every other watering. The timeframe will depend on how much she drinks and the size of your pot. I can't speak to Irish growing climates as I'm across the pond :(
Just one more question, is my plant at the flowering stage or should it be? And is my yield going to be small if any?

At 4wks you should be bigger than that but she looks healthy. Up your lighting and watch her grow! Your yield will be smaller than normal but still worth it!

I added another 15w cfl if it makes any difference so I have 4 lights but if I'm keeping it inside I'll have to get something better. Thanks alot for the help much appreciated
