Auto grow ; quality and quanity

I'm Looking to do an auto grow next month. I don't have too much experience with autos but I did grow a couple diesil ryders from Dr chronic 4 years ago. They just weren't worth the time IMO but they were some decent smoke.
Last year when I was researching I settled on think different and another strain I can't remember. I am looking for autos that produce an honest 2-3 ounces per plant. Quality is a must. And early finish time is a must.
Anybody have time to put in there 2 cents? I have two switchable 1k lights to run them under.

the new strains are light years ahead of what they were 4 years ago :D
how big is your space ? height ?
world of seed's , afghan kush ryder
barney's farm sweet tooth auto
alot of people like think different it just wasnt my thing ... in its defense i have a strange taste when it comes to weed
i like something with a clear head high and lots of it so i often chop early ( or technically "start" my harvest earlier then the norm)
both those you can chop early if needed but they wont meet up with the 2-3 oz's if you chop early but both will do that easily if grown right

IMO its all about how you water them ..
keep it dry but not too dry ..
feed it but dont over feed it ...i usually push nutes slowly working up until i see a slight tip burn then hold there
switch to bloom nutes after vertical stretch has stopped ......
and expect them to run 10-12 weeks some upwards of 14 :D
keep it right start to finish and thats when they yield right

Thanks for the replies. Id love to see pics of your guys harvests or links to your grow journals.
I have a couple weeks to make my decision and want to make sure I make the right decision.

I think that 10 + weeks for an autoflower would be unacceptable in my situation. Especially 14 weeks. An honest 60ish days I could handle. Otherwise I would go for a regular grow. I'm looking to do 16 autos under 2 1000 watt lights hoping for 2 oz a piece average

lol the ones that run 12-14 if grown right you're not just gonna pull 2-3 ozs from just tossing that out there

Hey tek. I see u post alot about akr's on here. I have one at about day 58. (Had 2 but animal got it one night). My very bottom set of leaves have been getting little brown spots, then leaf turns yellow and withers. From what i can gather, everyone says thats a deficiency sign, but it seems like i feed it enough. I try & feed once a week and flush once a week. I feed half strength one week then full the next. Using foxfarm big bloom, tiger bloom, & super thrive. Flushing with sledgehammer every other flush. The plants in the ground, with MG garden soil, a lil MG potting soil, MG perlite (a good bit of perlite), & MG sphagnum moss. (Not alot of the peat moss). It should have plenty of drainage. About 5 gallons of soil with about a 6" deep layer of rock at very bottom. This is my very first attempt & cost me a good bit to get everything together. Some didnt germ', one got eaten by an animal, & i got one left & i really want it to survive. Any feedback would be very much appreciated :)

AKR's all seem to have the bird shot brown spots or some kind of leaf issue
its a cal-mag def
i think its more along the lines of calcium since top dressing lime usually clears it up

any reason you are flushing so much ?
the leafs fading out could be a PH issue
could possibly be over feeding too seeing how MG is time release and you are also feeding it nutes

Yeah. Someone ive known a long time told me to flush once a week. Thats the only reason ive been doing it that much. The same day i posted this question, i applied some pulverized lime (about a teaspoon) hoping it would solve any ph issues.should i use more lime such as 1 tbsp to the soil? & should i flush less? Im also very broke right now & cant afford a magnifying glass even though theyre pretty cheap. I have one that blows things up a few times larger than it was. Will it work or should i just chop at a certain day? (Such as day 80, etc.) P.s. i want the couchlock with some head high. She is 59 days old today. Thanks for your input!! :)

I tried posting a picture. Dont know if it worked or not. If so, u can notice one of the very bottom leaves is yellow and wilting away. Last time i loked at her, she had the "buckshot" look going on one of her leaves. Im going to look at it in the morning & will post an update. P.s. i cant look at it this moment because this is a super duper sneaky ninja grow:) But will post tomorrow! Thanks again ,tek

OP-
Delicious seeds Northern Light-Blue (pictured below) 80g off this one . 105 days (seed to harvest). Also another shout out for World of Seeds Afghan Kush Ryder. Fast finish, but lower yield.

Go to attitudes home page. They list their top selling 10, usually 3 or 4 of 'em are autos.
