okie dokie ladies and gentlemen. first I want to thank everyone for their patience. Its been a busy time for me but I dont like making excuses either way I think I have alot of the good info yall been waiting for. first off lets all congradulate stew for winning the best indoor for the contest but, as of the rest here is some other news and announcements. first off I want to thank everyone fo particpating, all the entries were great, and if i could of picked everyone to win I would have, unfortuantley i cant though and I had to choose and beleive me, I went through this 30 plus page thread more than 3 or 4 times trying to find the very best entries and the other thread which is over a 100 pages at least twice. it took alot of time than you would think, honestly about 4 hours just tonight...ive been on here since about 6pm EST doing this. but enough of that here they are

Best indoor solo cup auto: SxlStew
Best outdoor solo cup auto: Jbrown
Best indica solo cup auto: mrblu (this was especially hard to choose)
Best sativa solo cup auto: Dankster420

HONORABLE MENTIONS: For best indica, BIGWORM and JIMMER both had awesome entries this was the hardest for me to decide, mrblu took the price because his plant was beautifully structured, very tight internodes and awesome looking nugs, the most awesome part was i beleive he used CFL for some of the contest which is just amazing looking at his plant..ill post some pics of the plant when I get time

For best outdoor: there werent many entries in this category but i want to mention WattSaver who also had an amazing outdoor plant. I think his cup was 18oz although im not sure, Im not going to hold it against him and if Jbrown didnt have such a nice plant he easily could have won, congrats to WattSaver, Jbrown and anyone else who did enter outdoor...there were only a brave few souls who tried

For best sativa: Dankster IMO had the best, not only that but he updated frequently, took alot of pictures and put in time, which to me is what put him over the top...I think he said somewhere that his entry was indica dom. but honestly I did a little research and found his strain to be mostly sativa (65% sat. to 35% indica) but not only that it to me, looked more sativa...im not perfect and I could be wrong and so could my research, I picked it because as I said his detail was awesome and the plant looked great.

I also want to say some other close winners were: TekDC911, coloradoronin had a great small plant, new420grow had a nice plant that could of very easily won if it didnt yellow up so much (we all know how hard it is to care for a plant with such a tiny root system so its still a credit to him and everyone. bird dog, chronic masterbator, orange haze and I beleive s0lumn also had great plants, again I want to thank everyone, and i tried to. i know i missed a few of you and im sorry im just tired from going through all these posts. but really, THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR PARTICIPATING. NOW...onto a last couple things

WE HAVE YET 2 UN-DECIDED SPOTS FOR WINNERS, THESE CATEGORIES ARE, HIGHEST YIELD WHICH IS NOT DECIDED BY ME BUT BY THE PLANT, WHICH I BELEIVE RIGHT NOW THE HIGHEST YIELD WE HAVE IS EITHER 15 OR 17 GRAMS...UNLESS SOEMMOENE CAN COME FORWARD WITH PROOF WITHIN THE NEXT 7 DAYS, THE PERSON WHO POSTED A FEW PAGES BACK WITH THE HIGHEST YIELD WILL BE THE WINNER

I had to vote for stew, the pics alone should be in a mag not to mention the plant.

I agree jimmer, he had an amazing entry. I thought you did as well, it was really a toss up between you and mrblu for the one category...i honest had a really hard time choosing when i did this last night, hopefully we can get all the voting and what not wrapped up quick so we can finish up this contest. thanks for voting everyone

I would like to point only one thing out. sxi stew. People seem to confuse my capitol i with a lowercase L.

Im so surprised at this whole thing right now. Thank everyone who has complimented my Spyder and voted for me in the overall. We have a few other really nice looking plants in this so make sure you're all being fair, looking through the pictures, and giving everyone a good shot at a win here...

I understand I went crazy with first all purple buds, and my trich pics kinda overtook everyones eyes and they think they've seen the best.

I had the SMALLEST yield out of everyone I will also add...


I will NOT vote for myself, and am going to take the next hour looking over each and every entry to make my decision.

Jimmer may get held off on... not because of being a lesser plant than the rest, just to give an opportunity to another contestant at a win. Jimmer pulled 15.4g the most i saw in the contest, which gives him a single catagory win as well...

So bigworm and TC will be in my blue dreams tonight....

hey stew, sorry about mis spelling your name, i was in a hurry and should have been more careful, i will change it if i can, have to check, if you want to post the pics of all the members entries that honestly would be great, we all kno what most look like because we were here the whole time, but alot of people didnt get chacne to see what they looked like simply cause they didnt know baout the contest...what i did was started a bunch of new thread in sub forums and told everyone wher to vote and where to go, asking any RIU member if they had time to vote. anyone else may also bump my threads to try to get as many votes as possible...the posts were in general mj growing, harvesting and curing, toke and talk, and i think newbie central, not totally sure but feel free to bump the threads



a couple things for everyone: congrats again everyone, as far as the winners, if you have won, i will either be PMing you soon to ask for info to send your prizes to, i may just announce it here telling people to PM me, if i forget your more than welcome just shooting me a Pm and letting me know but i prob. will not forget. dont send any info just yet thought because i have a really full inbox and i dont want to lose your info in my PMs and have to ask again or search for an hour trying to find it, i will let everyone know when i need their info. prob just before or after the voting closes for the best overall. thanks again all ill be keeping eveyone posted, and I will be watching. later guys... peace

I mean, stews plant is just beautiful, 2420's is HUGE! coloradoronins is pretty large too.

there are quite a few others who look pretty damn good too..especially for only being in a damn solo cup...

Dankster ran an AK-49 from vision seeds. Which if you ask me resembles the Auto AK fron G13 LABS... lol but it was a very hard decision for me as well.

damn i got 6 votes, i didnt think i would even get 2 so thanks for the people who voted for me i appreciated, im not sure if its ok to say who i voted for but my vote went to stew cause that spyder was sexy, i was getting ready to vote for myself but i didnt want to be conceaded plus stew you did a good job man, thanks cant wait for the next one

I had a hard time deciding 3 looked so sweet. I Voted Sx cause i love the color and i want to grow that strain.

I couldn't believe I got 4 votes. I in my mind thought my AK-49 sucked honestly. She lacked in smell. But high was good.
