Fuck this Apollo11 is impressing me, doesn't look like she'll be much of a yielder but wasn't inspecting it to anyway since it's pollinated but man she looks good. I'll probably be running the Apollo11 x Purple Badlands for a very long time once I've harvested the beans. Thinking of doing 5 of those and 5 Pig Whistle ((Williams Wonder x Tom Hills Haze) x Stardawg) by Greenpoint seeds during winter. Might invest in a greenhouse to flower them outside so I don't stink my house out

What A11 version did you use ? It's a really underrated strain i reckon I'd love to get a Genius clone it sounds like real nice smoke.

Brothers Grimm, bought it about a year and half ago. Not sure if they've continued working it for the newer releases or if it's the same generation as where they left off

Yea I rarely see it mentioned, heard bodhi say he preferred it to c99 and that it was like the perfect functioning weed so I had to try it out. I hate my cognitive abilities being dampened which is why I almost exclusively grow sativa dominant strains so it sounded perfect for me

I haven't seen much of the new version they released (same mum re selected c99 male) I spoke to the guy that does The Potcast about A11 and he said the latest release was as good if not better than the earlier release so it should be a good one to use in any long flowering sativa crosses

Does it actually affect the buds? Ive read somewhere it makes em bigger cause they get more sun but then ive read not to do it cause the leaves provide energy for the buds. Might do it on half my plants and see what happens.

The top one you could take 1 or 2 of maybe but it's already starting to fade on the lower leaves so i'd go easy on it if you do. The bottom one I'd just clean up the lowers and leave the tops. Plucking leaf is more suited to indoor I reckon,outside the sun moves and indoor you are feeding more often so they dont need as much stored energy.

It is more an indoor thing like OZ said but if there covering bud sites i fuck em off dont go crazy with it just whatever is putting a shade on others.. Indoors they beef up alot more but its a controlled environment outside is different taking acouple wont hurt it..

I will pull a few but I do it more for airflow than shading but as long as you dont over do it it wont hurt
