The margin outside of the attachment points for the holder clips is wider in the Kingbrite reflector.

The LEDiL reflector is narrow enough to fit down in between the lead holders on the COB holder:

Whereas the Kingbrite reflector sits on top of these parts and the attachment clips in the reflector adapter can't reach up in to the reflector to clip in:

These could be used if you were using some weird cob holder that allowed it to fit. But not in the chip loks. Chinese rip offs?

nice job. DIY is about being flexible. I added a 90 degree lens to the Ledit reflector to focus the light even better. Check it out got these from China. Waited like eight weeks or more for them to get here I glued them inside the reflectors with some super glue rubber cement. peace.. ->

All right, peeps. I finished my light a while back and have finally hung it and started a new grow. I figure now is a good time to post the final pictures for this thread.

So far it works beautifully. The only thing that I might change is that I might try and mount the driver up off of the surface of the board it is on to get some air circulation around it. At full power, it heats up to about 64 degrees C and every bit of cooling I can get is good. I would like to find a way to put it on a DIN rail or something.

Also, I have come to the conclusion that I need a PAR/PPFD/quantum meter. Any suggestions for a good one without spending a ton of money would be welcomed.
